On move in day the shower drain was clogged due to excessive paint from resurfacing… Dryer could not be installed due to not having proper exhaust system in the unit… Refrigerator was filthy, needed to be replaced and took them 3 months to do so… front window does not lock, back door does not work, blinds do not fit windows properly, today is my 3rd day without Air Conditioning… still waiting for maintenance to show up…

I would recommend. I just wish that the maintenance happened sooner because it took 4 - 6 months to get repairs.
I think the maintenance crew is severely understaffed. Trying to maintain the number of units between 2 complexes seems abit much.
every maintenance issue ive had, with the exception of my sliding door being fixed (which still hasnt been resolved) has been relatively quick
My needs are simple and I tend not to complain so if the rent was lower I would recommend this property to anyone starting out.
The office staff have been great. Very friendly, and helpful. Kept the whole process moving forward.
Overall it is a great area but alot of residents are careless and leave trash everywhere. Pet owners do not clean up after their animals and property management could be more transparent and timely in communication.
The helpful and professional staff made the leasing process very easy. The unit is large, updated, and very clean. The property is kept in great condition. You can tell is place has a great staff. I highly recommend moving here.
It's very peaceful and comfortable and affordable for me
You can report maintenance issues until you're blue in the face, it won't make a lick of difference. My ac unit has been broken for months now and they won't replace the unit. The unit has a leak so they only want to refill it with fluid when it stops working. That wouldn't be a problem if they were actually responsive. I reported almost a week ago now that the ac unit needs maintenance (after calling the office 4 times because they actively avoid picking up the phone). The ac unit is currently blowing air, but it's not cool at all. I had to go purchase a portable ac unit that cost me $650.00. 85 degrees with no AC is suppose to be an emergency situation. I have no ac and it's suppose to be 88 today. Save yourself the time, money and aggravation by avoiding this place at all cost.
Management is terrible and maintenance is worse. Maintenance eventually comes and accomplishes nothing. Spent the last week of lease with no hot water even though maintenance came by 3 times. Walkway in front of unit flooded every time it rained and left puddles of mud for days. The maintenance issues felt non stop. No one in the office is on the same page as far as knowing what a tenant owes even though they use the same system. Even the remaining balance on the last month's rent was given incorrectly. We only found out after receiving the deposit deposition that over $245 was still owed for rent. The biggest issue is the current property manager is trying not to honor $400 pet deposit on lease for damages to unit only crediting $250. That $250 is the current pet deposit not the $400 we paid when the lease was first signed in 2019. The whole process has been super frustrating.

When we first put the deposit down on the apartment, we were to get a newly renovated. They didn’t have that apartment ready and tried to “upgrade” us to a townhouse from a two bedroom. The first townhouse was completely infested with roaches. They then moved us to our current townhouse. It was never finished painted nor carpet replaced, so it constantly has a weird smell despite cleaning. While the size is nice we’ve with dealt with a ton of major maintenance issues including:shower flooding to downstairs from poor sealing around tub, a sink that had yet to been replaced (after 3 months), and mold from the ac. You always hear the next door neighbors because the buildings are so old. Management constantly is disorganized and tries to get you to pay more than then the month’s rent. We’ve lived here two years because it’s really cheap. However be prepared for cops to be here at least once a week (if not more). Bottomline; it’s cheap and does what it needs to. But other than that it’s terrible.
