There are great scenic views, upscale appliances, outstanding security protocols to keep you safe, and amazing amenities all around the whole building!

The building is beautiful and clean, amenities are wonderful, and the apartment is perfect! The only challenge is sometimes it’s difficult to find packages.

So comfy to live here, everything is so new and preserved, the neighbors are so sweet. There’s a lot of things you can do here. Love it so much!

Great property management, love the amenities, pool, gym, lounge. Great location. The building is accessible, it has two elevators and a trash chute on each floor

Overall a positive experience, beautiful apartment, great amenities, wonderful neighbors, excellent general cleaning woman and maintenance man who work extremely hard and are very responsive. New front desk staff also very helpful and friendly. Change in Management has improved overall communication to residents and improvements have been made to grills and other features. Rising costs in the area as well as an escalation in crime and drugs are a concern and require attention to security. Residents also need to be closely monitored for lease violations which cause the building interior to deteriorate (excessive trash left behind, dog accidents on carpeting, furniture left in the garage, etc.). Overall a positive experience.

Absolutely love it here!! Luxury living at its finest. The entire building is clean, the parking is organized, the amenities are well kept, and the apartments are absolutely beautiful

I’ve been here for two months and I love the apartment. The staff has been really nice. It’s easy to use the different apps for paying rent and opening doors for guests or mail deliveries. The noise level is very low inside the apartment. I really like the gym, pool, and shared office spaces. I like that there’s a lot of restaurants and shops in walking distance as well and the grocery stores aren’t too far away.

I love Union house, the amenities people who live here are great. I’m glad I choose to stay here. Best part is the location next to train station.

I have lived at Union house for about & months now and I like it very much! All maintenance requests are fulfilled very quickly and the building itself is new and nice! It is quite expensive since no utilities are included, but that's just downtown living for you! Overall a good experience.

I’ve loved living here. It’s a great community and the staff is very helpful. I also enjoy the community events and the location. People in the building are friendly and generally take care of the space.

A good place, nice apartments. Lobby, gym, pool, bike room, pats room. Downtown. There are places where you can meet friends and spend time with them. There are also locations that can be used as an office, as well as a pleasant evening to sit with coffee in the lobby.

It's a nice and cozy place. The atmosphere is very pleasant. Its rest areas are very nice with excellent and very friendly residents. It would be excellent if there was a space for a pool table.

I've used the BBQ and had a nice evening by the pool. Overall I'm happy. The AC works amazing and I love my kitchen with island in the middle. So many shops around!

Great experience so far! In love with the amenities and the common areas. The apartment is spacious and the moving in process was easy to go through. Really good location.

We love living at Union House! We’re close to everything we need and love all the building has to offer. With the upcoming summer weather, there is plenty to enjoy

The building and amenities are stellar. The balcony facing the pool is amazing. The room is spacious and modern. I plan on staying for several years.

The building is not secure or well maintained. Homeless people break in constantly. Neighbors are great, but staff not so much. It has drastically changed and for the price you pay, I strongly recommend against it.

Everything is good, I love it, everything is perfect, it is a good experience, and the design of the rooms and the building is comfortable and beautiful.

The area is fairly quiet aside from the train going by. However you get used to it. It’s in a very convenient location closed to many things.

I love my apartment with the south facing windows - my plants are thriving and my dog, Boo, enjoys the sunshine. The location is awesome with so many shops and restaurants nearby - just to name a few - Andina Cafe has delicious hot chocolate and croissants - Pho Dakao has a yummy sautée with lemongrass - and Viva’s Flower Shop has some of the most beautiful arrangements for anytime of year. I love this place!!

Union House got the best location where everything is near us. I love to be here for a longer time. I don’t think we can find a home like union house anywhere else. This is the best.

Not as exceptional as it was within the last year since overhaul of management and staff simultaneously. Services have suffered as well as physical condition of building.

I have lived here 4 years and I loved it. I loved coming home everyday. Now it’s just not as clean anymore. There’s always trash everywhere. People aren’t picking up after their pets. For someone who doesn’t have a pet to walk out your door (literally apartment door) and step in animal waste on the rug is absolutely disgusting.

Management is unresponsive to emails. They also will try to screw you over for absolutely everything when you move out. Not worth the money at all

Management is excellent and friendly! Apartment unit is so beautiful. Amenities are amazing! This place is not boring, you can go to the gym or recreational room to keep yourself busy.

We just moved here and we love everything about the unit! The amenities and customer service are amazing! I would recommend this place to anyone.

The location is convenient if you plan to take the commuter rail. In exchange for living so close to the station, you might have to get use to the loud horns of the trains every hour starting at 4 am. The gym is extremely nice. The other amenities are ok, there are 4 grills but only 1 of them worked and the others have been broken for over a year. One has a note that says they’re waiting for a part to fix it, that note has been there since the beginning of summer 2022 so I don’t think they have plans of fixing it. There’s a parking garage, it’s tight when driving around the corners.

Everything is good, but it’s kind of too close to railway and can be noisy. Also, the gym can upgrade the equipment, it’s kind of small now. And some of my cabins still have some smell of curry, I think it’s not fully cleaned after the last resident move out

Truly a luxury experience right on the commuter rail - my friends keep wondering how I was able to find a great place like this for a reasonable price. Trick is: don’t live in Boston! Haha. Love it here.

So excited to enjoy the property. The apartment is not very big but the amenities and the location are perfect for me. It is so great to have a lovely location when my children come to visit me.

Unfortunately after moving i noticed several weaknesses within the community, people leave doors open which compromisses the security of the building, management does not have very good communication with residents, everything you report can not be done or fixed , lack of information.Communication and good staff team is the key that is missing;

We’ve been living here for about 8 months and we love it so much! The area has so much to offer from restaurants to shopping to activities. So happy we made the move!

The apartment complex is in great location, close to everything. Facilities are excellent and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I’d recommend this complex.

I really enjoy to live at union house. Is very conveniente to have the train station close. Also the apartments are very modern and like the balcony

This is a great place to live with all the amenities and even the staff is great. Always helping. The neighborhood across is great with good places to go and chill.

The apartment itself is nice. Staff didn’t feel very welcoming when it comes to customer service. We reserved out apartment site unseen and when we moved in there was no tour, no welcome package, no first day move in inspection form or checklist, and the Union house employee didn’t even walk us to our new unit. She just said “enjoy your new apartment” and walked away while we were just past the gym so it took us some time to find our unit. A pretty poor move in experience.

Beautiful apartments and great amenities! Move-in process was seamless. Nicole is great and super sweet. The area is very close to shops and food! The train isn’t too bad. If you’re facing the courtyard the sound isn’t too loud. We sleep fine with it.

We have been here for 3 years and really enjoy our space. The staff is great and beyond helpful. Love the amenities, though sadly we rarely get to make time for them.. But always in great condition when we do!

This has been a great place to live. The staff has been exceptional - responding to resident needs ASAP, very friendly, professional, creative and thoughtful. They probably could use an even bigger team just because of the workload from the size of the place, the amenities offered, the amount of residents, and the basic things they have to do AND the bonus resident activities they offer. It really has been a pleasure staying here.

We are loving our new apartment! The modern details and updated appliances are great and I love all of the amenities we have in the building.
