Property Ratings at Union Park Apartments
It' a great apartment . Can't hear too many noises of neighbors. The apartment is beautiful and they listen to their residents.
Besides the smaller bedroom size this apartment itself is incredible and it felt very safe.
Office is very friendly and nice apartments
Overall nice apartment unit. Upstairs neighbors are literally the loudest upstairs neighbors I can ever remember. I am shocked that an apartment this nice does not have a sprayer kitchen faucet or a garbage disposal. Also, the appliances are all fantastic upgrades, except the tiny cheap fridge. Parking is fantastic so far, so I would recommend based on that. Overall, the level of street noise is pretty high. Loud cars drive by all hours of the day and night.
So far I'm super happy being here! It' a lovely little community!
I would definitely recommend. I lived in a very large complex prior to moving here and a smaller complex is way better suited to me. Everything about my experience here has been positive and staff has always been helpful.
yes
Great location, parking is easy and available, clean and nice area. Great price.
Union Park is great! The community is clean, well maintained, and taken care of. The staff is helpful and kind. I highly recommend this complex.
I did not like that I was told to clean the apartment and then I was still charged a full cleaning fee that was practically the whole sum of my deductible. My wife and I spent a couple hours cleaning the apartment and making sure it was cleaner than we moved in and there was no benefit from us doing that.
I never feel like I am "just another tenant." Personal and friendly service is the standard.
The overall finishes and environment is nice. The pool area says no food but there is no other area to sit outside when the weather is nice. No table or seating by the bbq. So all that area cant really be utilized u less i haul my own stuff down there from a 3rd floor walk up. A garbage can available by the mail would be convenient. The dog waste not picked up by owners needs to be more enforced. Get a camera for the waste areas and if you leave the waste you cant have a pet. Makes it gross for those of us who do clean up Visitor parking should be allowed until a certain time at night. My babysitter has to park on the street since I cant keep getting a weekly pass. Extra keys outside of how many people live there should be allowed for a fee. I have a dog Walker and a babysitter and I have to Leave an unsecured key since I can only have 2 and have more than 2 people that need to access my unit at different times. Christmas decor needs to be removed by mid January period. The sprinklers run far too long in the spring and at bad times. At 6 am there is many folks out walking around and you cant avoid getting wet. They run for too long and cause puddles and standing water. We are charged for water so that is a huge waste we cant change. I watch so much water run down the drain and pool on the sidewalk. I asked for the time to be moved to more like 3 am and was told "it's on a schedule". I'm aware, the time and length can usually be adjusted and needs to be looked at. The 1st two street spots pulling out of the complex should be blocked off so you can see oncoming cars coming from the left side. Getting out safely has been an issue and I have had a few close calls.
Love the hard wood floors/stainless steel appliances. My only complaint is how no one picks up after their dogs in the dog station. Other than that it's kept up very well and all the residents/staff are friendly!
Staff is friendly and was attentive to the problem at hand. The issue was brushed off and really worked on until fixed.
The leasing agent was the sweetest and the apartments are spacious and gorgeous!
It's beautiful, the country side at your door step, the amenities are clean, and the air is fresh.
Friendly and very much focused on making my experience here a good one.
I would recommend this apartment complex to friends and family as long as they were renting the top floor apartment. You can not complain about exsessinve noise unless it was between 10pm and 7am.
Apartment manager is really friendly and answered all my questions
So far so good. It's quiet and funcional. The staff are great and a pleasure to work with. The smell from time ti time from the farm across the street is bad.
The community is quiet for the most part and parking has not been an issue at all.
There's a lot of hidden fees that I would warn them about, we were not told about them. But the housing is very nice and I really like living here despite the cost.
Storage concerns me as I need a lot of storage for my hobbiees.
While it is a beautiful and safe apartment that we love, the location is too far from the freeway, we have had many issues with our neighbors, and our packages never arrive the way we want them too. Also the fact that the office isn’t open all the time and when we try to go during normal business hours and it’s closed so often, is very inconvenient
The apartment overall was the best in the area, however; anyone on a fixed income would have to calculate their expenditures very carefully before renting at Union Park.
Issues from day one all the way until we left, water leaking from unit above filling our laundry area, floors not adhered properly and started to slide around and completely pull up, door would only lock/unlock when it wanted to because of the poor install, mold everywhere and the management staff couldn’t be any less interested in fixing the issues that were brought up.
It's a perfect apartment complex, everyone is so friendly and it's so clean and well put together. So happy here.
Staff and grounds were great. Price is a bit steep.
I would recommend it if someone was between places. But not long term. Things that shouldn't be falling apart are falling apart. The upstairs neighbors are loud and fight all the time. Cold air leaks through the doors, water pools up by the back door. It's a long drive to literally anywhere. The air conditioner makes noises like it's possessed! It's just too much. One or two of these things wouldn't be a problem but all of them? And these kinds of problems shouldn't be happening in a place that was only a year old!
Everyone who works here is incredibly kind and friendly. It is so clean and an amazing place to live!
Price is the only reason I wouldn’t recommend to a friend
I would recommend the apartment complex, but I will say for it being pet friendly, it really was hard having a dog there. Animal feces were always left in the grass and it was nearly impossible for our dogs to go to the "designated" areas without stepping in another dog's "business". Other than that, I did enjoy living in our unit. It was a great place to call home.
The fees attached to moving out were ridiculous. Absolutely ridiculous, and there was a fee I was not told about. I gave a 1300 deposit, and got 12 dollars back, I don't really care, it is just funny
Beautiful community with great amenities. I love the gym & pool and feel very 'at home' in our rental
As earlier stated, the apartments and grounds are beautiful, however, the designated pet areas are just not ideal and most people I know would probably pass on the apartment complex just due to that.
I was a little frustrated that the special was on the website, but that it was an error and nothing could be done to compensate for the error.
The smell of the surrounding farmland is overwhelming at times, making so that I can't open my windows during the day. This is the only issue I have with Union Park Apartments
