It is like living a 5 star hotel ! Everything is clean and the staff is super freindly and professional. The gym is perfect for a early morning or late night workout without leaving the building.

Love the apartment, maintenance is always timely and friendly. I enjoy the community events they hold for holidays and engagement. The building is nice and has a nice vibe. However, it is not luxury. The finishes in the apartments are not the highest quality and not luxury by any stretch of the imagination. That said, it is nice, clean and a great location. The new management company also has odd policies that make living here a little more difficult than necessary.
Amazing service makes me feel at home hospitality is amazing residents r nice I love it here. Not to tell u guys the pool and gym is my fav!

Overall positive experience here. The staff is always friendly and helpful, the building is clean, noise is at a minimum. There has been some issues with packages being lost in the past, but that seems to have been rectified.
I’ve lived here about 6 months and I really like. It’s quiet even being close to bars and clubs. The staff is super friendly whenever I need something they are all super helpful and willing to help.

We strive to deliver an excellent experience, and are glad you found this to be the case.
This apartment building does not have proper security cameras anywhere. Their tenant parking garage is open to the public. There are at least 2-3 car break ins per year. In the past week, there have been almost 10 packages stolen. The safety of tenants and their valuable items are not protected. There has been so much turnover in security guards. Higher management does not care for the well-being of their tenants or their property because nothing has changed since I’ve been here. I do not feel safe at this place anymore.

Great office staff (which makes all the difference in a rental): welcoming, responsive, extremely helpful. Kameron is wonderful. Upon move in some work needed to be done on appliances, the office staff helped me schedule a maintenance call immediately. Location and quality are great, but the real differentiator in my opinion are the people.

When we first moved in, it was not clear that the parking garage was not a private garage. On the website, the Union Wharf advertises the parking garage as private, which is misleading. Additionally, there have been several accounts where the valets from the Pendry drive several cars into the resident only spots using a fob that they have to get into our parking. When we moved into our apartment, it was not as clean as we would’ve liked, and our appliances were not all in working order. There are a couple of people who work the front desk who are great, but recently, there have been many who do not know how to get packages for residents.

Beautiful location on the water in a great walkable neighborhood with many bars, restaurants, shops, and gyms. The apartments are amazing, with walk-in closets and kitchen islands.

Kameron in the leasing office has been so incredibly kind and helpful! She was always answered any questions with lightning speed. My fridge needed to be fixed and it was done within minutes. This has been one of the best moving experiences of my life! And the property is stunning.

Very clean building. The staff is great (maintenance and leasing office). Location is great. Package service is very convenient. The gym could use some updating.

Great apartment building, all the nice amenities, and a great staff. The only issue is the broken main elevator, there are two elevators in the entrance, and one has been out of service for apparently a year now.

Great apartment complex, and even better now that the pool is open. Best part is the location and proximity to all of the restaurants, bars, and shops in Fells.

I just moved in and have really enjoyed it. My apartment is large and perfect for me and the neighborhood is cute and close to everything I need. Parking is reasonably priced, especially compared to other buildings I looked at and I haven't had problems finding a spot at all.

Everyone has been so friendly. Any issues I’ve had have been fixed immediately. Maintenance is super attentive and friendly. Neighbors also abide by the quiet hours which is nice.

Love Union Wharf! The apartments are so clean and nice and the staff are extremely welcoming! The view of Fells Point is amazing! The area of Union Wharf definitely gives the neighborhood feel.

Love the pool in the summer. Great place to hang out and socilaize. Gym is pretty well stocked too with ample equipment options. Location in Fells Point next to harbor can't be beat.

Union wharf is a very nice apartment complex. Have only been here about 2 months and I’ve enjoyed it so far. Maintenance responds very quickly and everything is kept very clean. Only issue has ever been with package pick up.

The team here is great. Love the amenities and the proximity to the water. Walking to the restaurants or bars is really easy and getting out of the city is not as challenging as I thought it would be.

It is now my second year at Union Wharf and just renewed! If it wasn't for the location and how well the building is taken care of, I wouldn't have survived in Baltimore. Coming from Downtown, this is definitely an upgrade.
