Not worth the money

The laundry was broken for months until we consistently filed concerns and complaints (which ended up with the laundry flooding water into our storage units). There is a roach problem and pest control is called very frequently but issue is yet to be resolved. Fixtures break extremely easily and are fixed very cheaply by maintenance. The management team does not respond promptly or on a consistent basis. Dog poop is all over the yard due to tenants failing to pick up after themselves and the property constantly smells like marijuana.
