Property Ratings at University Blvd Apartments
I recently rented an apartment here for the summer due to a biomedical research internship at OU. Gina, the complex manager, went above and beyond to accommodate me for such a short time, and the apartment was perfectly suited for my needs. The complex itself is older, but has been well-cared for and updated and is in a great location near campus. The apartment was very clean, and the pool was a great bonus!
For College Apartments you will have a hard time finding one better than the University Blvd Apt Complex location. less than a mile North of campus and a short walk to all of the amenities of Campus Corner this is a diamond in the rough, around-the-corner walk from the local favorite Midway deli. Close to Sprouts and Main Street Norman. Gina the rental manager is amazing she is always willing to help and will be forever regarded as the best rental manager I've ever had the pleasure of working with.
Apartment is spacious and lay-out is convenient. Clean inside and out. Well located for classes, work locations, shopping, and parking. Management is attentive and knows all the renters. Enforces good tenant rules, friendly. Easy access. Well priced. Apartment delivered in excellent condition and the service for repairs is timely.
