There are super sweet and beyond helpful people in the office. I had a few issues, and they were able to work with me to solve them. I am so grateful. Also, I love that Knead Cafe is right there, so I can grab a pastry before starting my day. The newer-looking apartments are so refreshing and clean compared to some other options in Pullman.

I’ve had a really great time so far here. Everything is maintained well and the staff is super kind. Works orders are resolved super fast as well which is awesome .

I’ve been living in my apartment for several months now, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. The location is perfect—just a short walk from campus, making it incredibly convenient for classes and activities. The apartment itself is spacious, with modern finishes and lots of natural light, creating a bright and comfortable space. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances, which makes cooking meals easy. The building is well-maintained, and the management is responsive and attentive to residents' needs. One of the best things is the peaceful, quiet environment, which is great for studying and relaxing. The neighbors are friendly, and there's a real sense of community here. I also enjoy the amenities like the gym and lounge area, which are perfect for unwinding after a busy day. Overall, it’s a comfortable, stylish, and convenient place that’s perfect for student life and beyond.

The rooms are very nice, and i like the amenities. my shower is a little lack luster but that's my only real complaint. other then that everything is pretty good.

I love my college apartment because it feels like home, especially since I can have my dog with me. Finding a place that accepts pets was a top priority, and it makes a huge difference in my daily life. Coming home to my dog after classes or study sessions helps me relax and feel more grounded. The apartment itself is comfortable and suits my lifestyle, but having my furry companion by my side makes it even better. The pet-friendly environment also means I've connected with other animal lovers in the community, which has been a bonus.

I personally really like my time over here and the staff is very helpful and friendly when having an issue or when asking a question. Along with that the commute to school isn't bad even when walking.

This is my first year in an apartment. UC has been amazing. The staff are both helpful and friendly. The apartments are beautiful and spacious. I have had trouble getting my $1000 signing gift card, and utilities charges are not being posted, but other than that it has been great.

Having lived here for a few months, it has been an amazing experience overall. The staff is so incredibly nice all the time, and always helpful and on top of things. The amenities are nice, with the washer and dryer in unit, the pool/hot tub, and gym. There are few issues I have had with maintenance, and wish there was a confirmation after sending maintenance requests. There is also no communication regarding when they plan on coming to fix the problem. I also do not like the kitchen sink, as the faucet is too close to the edge of the sink and not in the middle, making it hard to wash dishes without spillage on the counter.

Super cute and spacious. Love living here! My favorite thing about it is it’s so close to the gym and it’s pretty close to the school. My walk to class is usually 20-25 minutes.

its been great! the pool and grill has been a great addition my family really enjoyed it during family weekend! have met so many of the new neighbors!

I think that University crossing is very engaging and I love that they have lots of events just like if you were to live in on campus living.

This place has been a godsend. Pullman is notorious for its dumpy apartment complexes - I've lived in quite a few - but UC has changed my mind about how student housing should be done. It features a brand-new pool and hot tub; responsive management; new retail business (Knead Cafe) with more on the way; and maintenance that actually communicates well with you. And you're close enough to campus so I can use my scooter or just walk. NO SHUTTLES THAT ARE ALWAYS LATE/NEVER SHOW UP. I'm loving it all at UC Pullman.

Front desk people are amazing and everything is in nice shape. Also the internet is lightning fast, but their kitchen sinks kinda suck not gonna lie…

Love living here but it’s is way too expensive. Not quite worth the pay. Especially because finding parking is always a battle. Other than the cost it’s great!

One of my favorite aspects is the community atmosphere. The complex hosts events, and it’s easy to meet people, whether you’re relaxing at the pool, working out in the fitness center, or just hanging out in the common areas. The space feels safe, and there’s always plenty of parking. Overall, I highly recommend University Crossing. It’s a perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and community.

As a person with a single bedroom, it has been a perfect living situation for me. I have lived on Greek row in my prior years here at WSU, and the change-up for me has been very different, but good in the same light. My neighbors are super kind and thoughtful, it is never too loud, and the front desk and maintenance have been very helpful so far.

Far and away my favorite property I've lived at in Pullman. Staff and maintenance teams are very responsive and they put on fun events with a lot of free giveaways. The new coffee shop on site is amazing and the pool and gym are really nice.

The building does a lot of events for the residents, and they finally opened the pool and first of the business under the building, the walls are pretty thin you can hear a lot of what’s happening above you

Its been great I like the place its cute and has everything we need also we are close to campus which is obviously a huge plus! I like knead as well

The units are newer, but built incredibly cheaply. The staff are nice, but you can tell they lack training. The manager pushes everything to the staff and aren't trained properly by the managers.

Love it here! So far everything has gone so smoothly and all the front desk people are extremely helpful. Getting mail/packages has been a breeze!

This apartment has been great so far! The move in process was very quick and flexible and it felt like I barely had to bring anything since there were so many amenities.

Just a fantastic community. The staff is awesome - maintenance; CAs and management alike. Everyone has been so kind and accommodating. I love the pool and hot tub. By far the best in Pullman and my apt is so close to campus it’s ridiculous why anyone would live farther away. Keep it up, UC! And my parents couldn’t agree more!

I like living here and the garbage service is super convenient. The pool & amenities are super clean and nice. I can walk to campus but it is a little far when it’s hot, but there is a nice community!

Been very comfortable living there. Haven't had many issues but when one does arise the maintenance team is always very willing to help and the amenities are also a big plus.

Everything has been good, everyone responds fast and is efficient at problem solving which has made move in less stressful, the apartment is gorgeous

So far it has been so rewarding moving in and getting envolver with the UC community! The front desk was super helpful with providing with answers to all my questions and providing help with moving in details. I’m so excited to spend a year here!

Love everything except I wish there were bike racks around the units. There is plenty of space for my roommate and I to store our personal belonging which makes it nice!

The place is very nice and modern. The new pool is great and welcoming! Good plus, the WiFi is AMAZING!! I also use the gym everyday and can complete a decent workout.

I love it here! A few suggestions, more lighting in parking lots. Only light is from the building and gets very dark at night. I have heard many people agree that it gets very dark at night. If easier maybe adding lighting to the covered spots instead of polls to create more lighting. Also, add some sort of decoration in the hallways stuff similar to what is in the front office. Just even university crossing signs and symbols, the long plain bright white hallways feel unfinished in a way or unwelcoming! I absolutely love it here that is just a few things I have noticed :)

Decent expect the parking. Need to invest in a full time custodian for the hallways. They get messy. The staff is nice I think, never really interacted with them more than signing my name to get a package.

The gym is really good here, I am really excited for the retail shops that are to be established soon. The furnishings are quite fresh and sturdy as well.

With everything from the construction and the limited amenities, it was not the full experience I was guaranteed to have, so I just had to make the most out of it. I hope the others enjoy it more.

I really love living at UC! The staff is great, and they keep the common areas really clean. I love the large bathrooms as well. Me and my partner are excited to live in a two bedroom next year!

Relatively positive, but management has given me some pretty big confusion on certain things before. I also still wish there was a place to put my bike.

It’s been good! There’s been pros and cons but overall I don’t regret living here! These apartments will be really nice once the stores open. I wish they did that before we moved in this year!

Signing lease was easy and the costumer support was extremely friendly and helpful. As a transfer student I was very worried about not finding a place to stay, but the being able to opt out if I didn’t get in policy was super awesome.

I love it here, it is so nice. I cannot wait for the pool and hot tub to be finished. I also like how quickly the internet works. Very helpful for school!

I have really loved living here! The team is really nice and always helpful. The AC/Heat unit is such a great feature in the units. Can’t wait to spend another year here!

It's alright. A little overpriced for what you get. You definitely need to watch out for hidden fees like cleaning, pets, etc. Parking is a disaster during the school year.

Love living here! The dog park is perfect for my pet as well as the staff is always helpful and friendly !! Maintenance is always quick to help out with work orders and I’m excited for the rest of the amenities to come!

It was more so bittersweet. Everything from the apartments itself was nice to use, especially being newly built. The neighbors were cool but not so much the noise neighbors upstairs. While we were promised amenities for the start of our lease, we did not to get our cafe or our swimming pool which was really disappointing. Maintenance was quick and easy as they got the job done precisely. The employees were chill and helpful, while management tried to accuse me at one point but they were dead wrong so they could use some work. All in all, it was a decent experience but I know people will feel better once everything is actually built and settled in

i love it here at University Crossing. i am excited to live here as i have loved all my visits and the great staff. can’t wait to live in UC this fall 2024.

10 out 10 best place to stay it calm not a lot noise and the people are nice the front desk are always hopeful so it is nice staying here and can’t wait when the pool and the store start opening up

The apartments are really nice and homey. It’s perfect not living close to Pullman to have it be already furnished. The location of it is pretty good it’s not too far from campuses and right next to the rec center. The staff are also wonderful :)

Great layout and location in reference to campus. Onsite property management makes resolving issues easier. The move-in process was easy and quick.
