Set between Manchester and Concord, Hooksett is a quiet town surrounded by beautiful scenery. Incorporated in 1822, its name was set by early fishermen who found fruitful waters in the Merrimack River that runs through the town.
While new apartment complexes have sprung up across this sleepy town, there’s still plenty of old Hooksett to be found. Robie’s Country Store, founded the same year as the town’s incorporation, is a National Historic Landmark and a popular stop for presidential candidates in the days surrounding the New Hampshire Primary.
Bear Brook State Park offers a nearby refuge for those who like to hike or bike ride. There are plenty of restaurants on either side of the river, and the conveniences of the city are just minutes away.

Thank you again for taking the time to let us know how we did. We hope you have a great day!
I loved my time living at University Heights, it was clean, spacious and comfortable. My apartment was perfect, and it sets the standard for good middle class apartments living. On top of that the staff were fantastic at every turn, helpful, kind and friendly. Neighbors were quiet and friendly as well. If you manage to snag a spot here you will not regret it.

Thank you again for taking the time to let us know how we did. We hope you have a great day!
Staff is very friendly and helpful. The ONLY complex in all of Hooksett that actually has people that work in the office and returns your calls and email. Complex is kept clean and presentable. Will recommend this place to all my friends and co-workers looking for a place to rent.
Finding a rental that would allow for my large labrador was a challenge, until another property manager referred me to University Heights! The Management Team was able to give me a tour immediately, and once my application was processed, I was able to move in within a few short weeks. The entire property is so clean and well-kept, welcoming, and the walking path is fabulous. The apartment was so clean upon move-in, and I am so happy with how quiet the building AND property is.
University Heights management is very good, they response very quick. All of them very nice and friendly speaking. its good experience to live this community.
Thrilled to be a tenant. Love the apartment, the people, management and the surroundings. You have far exceeded my expectations.
The appartments are to date, clean, and managent are very friendly, and courteous. Also the pricing is very reasonable with the going market. But the veiws you get are just breathtaking awesome sunrise and sunsets. You can look over and see 93 highway. In my eyes it's like looking at Santa's Village and the elves are working. Just spectacular! My husband, dog and myself have been here just over a year. We have just love it here. They even have a Dog Park and also do so much for their residents; special appreciation events free Bagel sandwiches, ice cream socials, live music, Facebook or zoom.. Hotdog social. You never know that else they may have new coming out. Yes it might be new Management but I think they are doing a great job! Also Maintenance if you have a problem put in a work order it is fixed right away! Thank you for all you do! 30-103.
I moved to University Heights in 2019 when I relocated from Texas to NH for a new job opportunity. I had a short window to transition and most of that meant doing things online. After searching several places, University Heights understood my dilemma and went above and beyond to help me see an apartment virtually, handle the application electronically (including making payments prior to the move), and keeping me in the loop. The above and beyond service never stopped at that point. Even as a resident now over the past year, I was proud and quick to sigh a renewal lease. The staff always puts residents first, plans events to keep residents connected, is forward-thinking using technology to create a connected community, and so much more. I have lived in apartments my whole life and I will say that University Heights has truly impressed me with their service level and making me feel like I am part of a community and not just a resident paying rent. The views are amazing and the location is convenient to anything I need. Highly recommend.
I absolutely love where I live. The location is close to walking trails and nearby grocery stores. The view of the mountains is gorgeous. Staff is friendly and very helpful.
I have lived here since 2015 and truly enjoy it. The community is friendly and the grounds and buildings are well maintained. I was looking to be a homeowner by now, but with the fluid situation currently going on, I am perfectly comfortable staying here a while longer.
Nice views, quiet, fairly clean, pet friendly. Great location, feel safe.
I knew I wanted to join the University Height community the minute I stepped foot onto the property. The friendly office staff helped guide me through every step of the process and made the moving process a breeze! I love my new home at University Heights.
University Heights is a lovely community that is pet friendly. That is very rare for many apartments. It is conveniently located but can get confused with the fancy condo near the library. They have a wonderful staff and well-maintained grounds. Though they are on the pricey side, it is well worth the money for the well-designed layouts of the apartments.
Beautiful country atmosphere, quiet and friendly. Very clean and well taken care of.
The apartment was very clean and almost new appliances washer/dryer in apartment. The grounds are spectacular lawn cut every week. Very well life at night and very safe community! The views are spectacular sunsets breathtaking, they are like a photo shoot each evening!
The place is excellent! The views are superb its like living in the country but in 5 min you can be at any store you want or be on a walking trail.
A very quiet, easy to access place to live with nice amenities and conscientious service. I live in a "dog" building and people are very respectful with their dogs. It's also surprisingly quiet, which is excellent.
University Heights is quiet, peaceful, friendly and far from the crowds. The maintenance team is quick and efficient, the office staff are responsive and friendly, and the buildings and grounds are really beautiful. I feel lucky every day that I live here.
Was treated poorly by staff. Would receive emails in all caps so they could yell at me
The apartment overall is moderate. It looks nice and really gives a good sale when taking the tour, but living at University Heights is really rough. Everything functions and there's no maintenance issues. However, the walls are paper thin and the design of the building stirs up a ton of noise. Even when living with considerate neighbors one is always listening something through the walls. In addition to that, Monday and Tuesday mornings you can always look forward to 7am wake up call from the lawn care system. Countless lawn mowers and weed whackers all go off at once and run for hours right outside your window. Every Wednesday you'll get to wash the grass off your car too! Over all, just keep looking- it's not worth it.
I have lived in a few different apartments in my day and I have to say that university heights is one of the better apartment complex'es I have resided in. I will be honest that the Rent is not as low as other plays, in fact when compared to other apartment complexes the rent here is fairly high. The biggest perk for living in this complex is location. You are right near the highway and have enough shopping centers/grocery stores in the area (5-20 minutes away) to keep you stocked and entertained. Being close to I-93 puts you within a stones throw of Manchester which has even more shopping/entertainment venues. The location is near enough to places like this but is always off the main road and very quiet which is a huge plus. They allow animals and the office staff is good and very understanding of each tenants situation(s) if they arise. I have very little negative things to say about this apartment complex, save that the rent is a bit higher than similar establishments. The ground's and maintenance employees are good and responsive to requests by the tenants.
