Property Ratings at University Hilltop Apartments
Took 4ever to get things fixed and mice in the apartment I stade in told me it was my problem. Not worth the money
Maintenance here is awful, my son continues to get sick and I couldn’t figure out why until I seen the mold growing from the walls onto my photos. When I told maintenance and office I was told it wasn’t black mold. The bleach did take away less than two days it was back. They cover it up as an excuse. If you love your health don’t move here
Nothing fancy here, but that's okay. On-site maintenance quickly took care of any issues I had. All utilities included was a great plus. I was in one of the recently renovated apartments. Enjoyed living there. Liked the fact that my cats didn't cost any extra. Never had anyone bother my things or mess with my car. Laundry facility was fine. Moved out of state and broke lease without much issue, just paid the fee. If I ever moved back to Chillicothe, this would be the first place I'd look for an apartment.
