Great experience!

So many good things to say. I lived there 3 years during grad school. Walls are thick, so noise is not an issue and it stays cool in the summer and hot in the winter. Super low electric bills. Wireless internet included and it is great. When they started giving internet, it was spotty, but management went through at least 4 different services in 6 months to get it right. The location is great. Walk 10 minutes one way and you're in the middle of campus. 10 minutes the other way and you're half way down 4th ave. Plus, when I found a job out of state, they made it really easy to move out early.

A real home.

I am a recent graduate at the University of Arizona. Previously, I've had a difficult time with my old apartments - management, roommates, etc. University Lofts was a true dream come true. As a double major, University Lofts made me feel more at home than ever in Tucson, and I felt very comfortable contacting the main office or anything that I needed, which was a huge relief. It is walking distance to the university, University Boulevard, and 4th, another wonderful asset as a college student. It is SO worth the rent, and I've never had a harder time saying goodbye to so many wonderful memories.
