i love my apartment, it’s made living without my parents a better adjustment since i have my roommate. the views are also pretty good from my balcony.

Super amazing place to live, just wish the rooms were a bit bigger with the rent we pay. Gas and electricity should have a little higher allotted amount because my roommates and I always go over monthly but it’s amazing otherwise!

The apartment is nice, however had minor issues with holes in the walls and mold spots on the ground. The roommate selection was kind of disappointing. I wish that the survey was better prepared. I am a solitary person who loves quiet and I typically work at night (when it's silent). I chose that I wanted quiet roommates with little to no guests. I got roommates who bring people over most days and stay up until they feel like going to bed. While we have talked through this issue they are disappointed that I want there to be quiet hours. Our personality and lifestyles are completely opposite so I wish that we got a better match where we could both feel comfortable and unrestrained.

University Orchard has been lovely. The staff are friendly and helpful. I am in a 4x4 deluxe and I love it. It’s very nice having your own bathroom. It’s a good investment!

I enjoy living at UO. I’ve never had a bad experience here, the units are lovely, maintenance always comes in a timely manner whenever a request is made, and the staff in the clubhouse are always so friendly and helpful!

I’ve had a great time living here thus far. All of my friends also live here which has only made my experience even better. My favorite amenity is the pool.

I love the pool and that there is a hot tub available. It is great to have convenient parking on both sides of the building. Lots of friendly students from Salisbury U live in the complex.

Great place to live, Amenities are amazing especially the pool. Maintenance staff is fast to getting work orders done. Office staff is so nice when I have questions.

You get what you pay for. I wish the rooms were bigger and the wifi was better, other than that it's fine. Know that they just room you with anybody - Last apartment within this complex, got roomed with 3 nut cases.

living here is really great and i love it but there are some hidden fees but they aren’t horrible. i love that’s they allow pets and are acclimating towards emotional support animals. The room sizes are a little bit tight but the bathroom and closet space is good as well as the rest of the apartment.

Great community with other college students and families. The grounds are well-kept and maintained making it a very pretty complex. Maintenance will almost always be able to fix work orders the first time they even see the problem.

Very nice community with good neighbors and amenities. I like the fact that we have a walkway all throughout the apartment complex and the balconies are all very spacious from each other.

I love my apartment. The maintenance is usually fixed very quickly when there is a problem. The community is wonderful. The office building is very nice and has great places to study, hangout, swim, or workout. I do get some fees I don't understand each month, and sometimes maintenance doesn't fix a problem before It actually works but other than that I love It here.

Community is general peaceful spending on where your placed. Chances of getting good rommates are usually 50/50 which is better than nothing.

The apartments are beautiful themselves. I love living here. However, the walls are a little too thin for now loud everyone is, and the rules and regulations are unclear which is annoying. And the office is not the most helpful group sometimes but I think they’re doing their best. So there’s that. I feel like if you’re planning on living here you should plan on living with friends to avoid a lot of issues and chaos.

So far I have had a very pleasent experience with staff, living, and maintenance. Semeone available at all times to help with housing needs.

It has been pretty stressful since I have moved into UO. Our AC was broken before we moved in, and we weren't notified about this issue before we moved in. Also, we didn't have hot water when we moved in as well. My roommates, our parents, and I all tried getting in contact with the staff and maintenance but we were ignored for 2 weeks. We were told false information about when our AC was going to be fixed by many different staff members and our voicemails weren't returned. It took them 2 weeks to finally get us hot water, and our AC was just fixed this past Wednesday when the solution they came up with could've been easily completed before we moved in. Overall, this experience has been a nuisance when I thought moving here would be so much better than the university apartments. The lack of communication between the staff members and what they were telling us was awful, and the lack of respect for us as residents was unacceptable. I sure hope they change the ways they handle things.

The amenities are great. My experience did not start off well due to the fact that I arrived for move in and I had no carpet, no bed, and no dresser in my room. It took a few days to get everything settled and even longer to get new carpet. It would have been nice to have received a warning that my room was not going to be ready instead of getting my stuff completely together to move in and my parents coming down for practically nothing. I had no other place to stay and they did not offer anything. I also never received a head board for my bed, but otherwise, I enjoy the amenities such as the pool, clubhouse, and events.

I’ve had a great experience at University Orchard. I have lived here for 3 years now and have had no significant issues. I would recommend staying here to anyone looking for nice college housing

Housing is great other than the thin floors! Have had difficulties getting in touch with management about certain issues. Great community, but there is definitely room for improvement.

My move in experience was awesome! The apartment was already clean and the bathrooms were also nice before moving in. The kitchen area was also very clean and there wasn’t much damage too.

I LOVE MY NEW HOME! So homey. great roommates. a great home away from home. so much to offer and so much to do. close to campus and very convenient

All things considered it’s a nice place to live. Most of the time the office doesn’t answer the phone, and make sure everything is spick and span before you move out because they will charge you. Also when you first move in take pictures of any damages you see so you have proof if they try to pin it on you. They are pretty good about repairing work orders.

mold in my apartment that management refused to take care of. Absolutely gross, and a major health and safety hazard. I am extremely allergic to mold.

my experience so far has been amazing. the move in process was super easy and I can not complain about anything. the rooms are really nice and so is the bathroom

I love living in this new apartment compared to my old one. The pool and gym are a very nice add on. I wish the pool was open longer and the grill worked outside, but other then that great place

University Orchard has a very welcoming atmosphere and beautiful apartments. My only real concern was the mess and damage that was found in my apartment and a friend of mine ( 2 separate apartments). other than that great place.

Very nice staff giving clear instructions. They explained my move in process very clearly and helped give a brief yet helpful layout of the community

I’ve had a good experience here at university orchard. I like the amenities like the pool and gym the complex has to offer. It also has been a safe community and environment to live in.

I had a pretty smooth transition into University Orchard! The only thing that might be a little trick ly is just setting up cable and Wi-Fi but other than that everything looks very good and a lot like the pictures!

10/10 experience and can’t wait to continue it here. Neighbors are so nice and respectful. I love the view and high ceilings. Everyone should check out UO if they go to SU.

University Orchard is great! Close to campus and the apartments are very nice and updated. Everyone is friendly and Maintenance is very timely with issues.

Overall it’s a pretty nice community. Maintenance is quick to respond most of the time. I wish the pool area was open longer (not the pool itself, but the pool house and the grill area). More strictness on residents smoking inside apartments and on balconies should be used by the office. It’s like they don’t care even though it is clearly prohibited, as stated by the lease. My apartment has smelled like marijuana for well over a year now from prior residents and no cleaning has taken place.

Maintenance speed has improved. Overall nice complex. Wifi had issues for a few weeks. Team memebers are friendly and tentative. Neighbors are friendly

My buddies all lived in UO last semester and the community and beauty really glued to me so I’m excited to be moving In soon . I wasn’t the best fan of the bathrooms although the rest of the apartments great

The process of becoming a resident was super easy. But the communication between staff and residents is very minimal. I wish there was better communication.

I love living here. The staff and community is very friendly and welcoming. The community is always very peaceful. My neighbors are very respectful of each-other and make sure that everyone is comfortable.

The community is very quiet and the neighbors all say hi, it makes it feel very homey. The staff is friendly and always efficient when working inside the apartment. A lovely place to live!

Great place to live but do wish we were given more money for electricity. It does have great amenities and the location is perfect if you are in college

My experience has been great at University Orchard. The amenities are really great I use them anytime I get the chance. I wish the pool was open til later so I could go at night time.

My time at UO has been great and I’ve made many friends along the way, looking back I wouldn’t have picked anywhere else to live during my time at Salisbury

maintenance is amazing, the pool is nice, apartments are nice. Management is just okay, a lot is broken or missing in the gym, and printers often don't work. ROOMMATE MATCH COULD BE MUCH BETTER.

Quality housing and good community with great amenities. Staff was helpful when signing my lease and location is a good walking distance from campus

Great price for what you get. I love that it's pet friendly, plus the amenities and dog park here are amazing. Staff and community are very friendly and nice
