My stay
This was a lovely property to stay at landlord was very flexible with me at move in and during my stay there. When it was time give back deposit and do the last walk through of the apartment. He didn’t call me to do the walk through of my apartment. He told tenants that I was moving out and tenant came to me daily asking when am I moving out. When it came to returning the deposit I still have not received it. I moved out July 10th and it is now September 2nd it’s been more than 30 days that I should’ve received the deposit. He said that he sent it off over the weekend. He never sent me a price break down of the damages or proof that it was sent. He is a good land lord just bad a returning things or keeping you posted on anything regarding repairs. It seem like he didn’t care about meeting deadlines.
