University Pines

I have enjoyed my time living in the University Pines. The staff is there to support you regarding any questions you may have. I enjoy the events it makes me feeling as though I am apart of a community.

it’s been great so far, and the leasing director has been really helpful. the apartment is nice and furnished, the pool is very nice, and they have great RA’s.

Everyone here is very friendly and the staff are very dependable. Overall healthy environment. The only issue I’ve had here is that the washers and dryers do not accept apple pay unless you have the app for them. Pretty backwards if you ask me.

I've really enjoyed living at this apartment community. It's a comfortable and cozy space that feels just right for my needs. The floor size is perfect, not too big, so it’s easy to keep clean and manage without much hassle. The overall environment is peaceful, making it a great place to call home.

I have had an amazing experience so far living in the University Pines. I love the amenities that are offered to me as a resident. I love family aspect of the community and how we are able to do different activities to bring us closer together as a community.

I have had a great experience living at university pines! The staff is so friendly and helpful!! And I have amazing neighbors. This community has made me feel very at home and safe when transitioning into the college life for the first time. I am so thankful for all the staff and other residents!

I honestly have no complaints. Everything has been going good since i’ve moved in. The apartment is nice and clean and they paired me with a good roommate that i can get along with pretty well.

Really enjoyable and nice. I moved here a month ago and have encountered no problem since, people are friendly and the apartment was in overall good conditions.

Everything has been great! Maintenance is quick and friendly and I like all the events University Pines puts on. The community is great and makes me want to get involved in events.

It's a nice comfortable apartment. the 2 bed 1 bath is a good size for two people. The Clubhouse is a good addition to the complex and the workers are really nice and willing to help.

The apartment staff is amazing! They are so sweet and understanding. If you ever have any issues you can email them and they get back to you quickly. They are very thorough and make sure you understand everything!

Super friendly staff. Kinda small for the price but definitely Esa friendly. I needed housing fast and they got me in by a miracle. Would recommend.

Living here at University Pines has made college life so much easier. The staff is the greatest. And they are genuinely helpful with any questions any student has.

I loved it. I met so many of my best friends It was so so so fun and i loved building 700 It was the best building ever. i loved how close it was to muntz library. !

My experience has been decent. Ive had my problems here and there at the beginning of my time at uttyler but other than that it has been fine! The RA’S are the best and very helpful i will say

It’s okay not the greatest tbh, prices are one of the highest on campus that sucks and gates are always broken not much plus to living here other than own kitchen

The apartments are near where I go to class, but the key fobs don’t always work and the washing and dryer machines don’t always work. The dryer often doesn’t dry them all the way and I have to put them through a second cycle, and even then, it doesn’t dry all the way. Also, the office closes on weekends so I can only get my packages delivered during the week.

I gave it a 4 because it’s closer to the University as well as they have amazing resident assistants that are willing to help with any issues.

Great choice for living by yourself while also having campus housing. It’s a plus that pets are allowed also! They are super flexible and kind and understanding.

Good alternative to living in a standard dorm. You do have a to walk a fair amount to get anywhere important (the library is pretty close but everything else is further).

Pretty good. Always had nice lawn service and amenities. They were pretty quick to respond to any sort of malfunctions or damages. Decent distance from campus.

It’s good I had some problems along the way but overall a good experience. I like that I can have my cat here and the area is quite and good

It's been great, nice people, good atmosphere. its just really cold and i don't like that we have to pay for the heater to be turned on. otherwise, great!

University Pines offers a comfortable and welcoming environment for residents. Great amenities and a convenient location, happy with my choice to move here.

I’ve enjoyed being here. I’ve made a few friends within the community and I’ve enjoyed talking to a few of the RA’s. Also the events I’ve been too are pretty fun

Everyone here is super nice. But this places rundown and nothing works. I’ve had multiple problems from water being in the floors dishwasher not working and the dishwasher being flooded when I moved in

It is a nice community though the day we moved in our air conditioning didn’t work so it was super hot but they gave us a small air blower to help us out tilll it got fixed.

Good environment and hospitality, nothing has gone wrong in the apartment very chill and comfortable. Very nice close to the a campus and best roommates

It has been pretty good. Other than our dishwasher not working. All of my roommates are good. We have a lot of fun and living on the top floor is better than being on the bottom. Location is convenient!

Living here is great! There’s tons of community activities and the staff is amazing! The location is also very convenient! Definitely worth it!

The community here is awsome. The RAs reach out and try to get us all involved. The pool is an amazing place to get to bond with new people too!

It's not bad. I kept having plumbing issues though. I like the events the RAs host. It's not the greatest place to live, but it's not that bad.

Parking is not the greatest. However, most of everything else is pretty good! Staff and RA’s are friendly and they have a very positive vibe.

I live in a 1 bedroom apartment at University Pines, it’s a nice sized space for a 1 bedroom college apartment, it’s really close to campus which is very convenient.

just a lot of roaches, air vents are pretty dusty and need a new filter, causes dust to pile up everywhere, other than that everything is fine

Overall good experience, but there was a ant problem at the beginning. The problem was delt with quickly and efficiently. The neighbors were a little loud sometimes, but the experience was was good.

University pines is wonderful the only complaint I have is the walls are thin and I can always hear my neighbors banging around and yelling. And another thing is that no matter what I put in the oven it burns.

I really enjoy my time here at University Pines. Although parking is terrible. The community is great and the staff are very friendly! I recommend this apartment complex.

I like living here. Everyone is nice and It is easy to be involved. The rooms are bigger then I thought they would be and I have the perfect amount of space. I haven’t had any problems living here. Getting mail is easy and doing laundry is quick and easy as well.

My apartment is nice, especially for my first one. I will say that I have had some issues with the appliances. They are rather old and have shown their signs of age. Otherwise I have enjoyed my experience.

It's is a nice on campus housing and allows co-Ed housing for siblings. Also it is pet friendly and my dogs like to look outside on the patio and be nosey.

It wasn’t the best experience, there were constantly spiders coming out the sink, pretty unfair charges brought on after i moved out for something I couldn’t control and they wouldn’t get rid of them, even though I wasn’t living there at the time the charges took place.

I had a good overall experience at University Pines, however the days we went with out electricity and wi-fi were very long and boring. Other than that everything was fine.

I love everything about living here. The only thing that can be improved is the premium parking. However, it is such a great place to live and will forever be my favorite first home.

I enjoy my stay here at upines. The staff are nice and able to answer your questions or aid you in what you need. The walls are thin but most of the time noise isn’t that much of a bother and isn’t too loud.

highly expensive outdated apartment. not worth the money. the only reason you could choose is to stay close to campus. everytime something or other in the apartment is broken and requires to be fixed.

Living in university pines is a really good one. The location so near campus, alongside the fact that they are regular style apartments rather than dorm rooms really makes them the best option for "UT Tyler" housing.
