Horrible Experience
I called inquiring about these apartments and received the worst service of my life. The woman I spoke to on the phone was incredibly rude and condescending, when all I tried to do was set up a date to look at an apartment. Turton Properties needs to either retrain or hire new people; after this experience, I would never rent any property from them. Luckily, I was able to find another place in town with much better management!

Great Budget Apartment
University Place is well positioned in walking distance of the local university lending itself to a diverse and interactive atmosphere. Turton Properties owned apartments are always great for the budget and the front office communication is extremely well-trained. you're looking for a five-star complex then don't look here. If you're a college student or single adult this is the perfect apartment.
