Great team and very responsive too! Any issues I had with the apartment complex were resolved right away! The community is also located in a very nice neighborhood. Far enough from the city for a peaceful night yet close enough for a quick drive to the grocery store.

While the apartment complex has the potential to be a nice living environment, fellow apartment renters can ruin the experience by throwing late night parties on weekdays and weekends, leaving trash on the common areas and roads, and committing hit and runs on parked vehicles. Enforcement from management seems to be lacking

Things went easy my only concern is certain lights not working. Overall the apartment complex is a steal especially with the office with a pool along with a package office.

it’s so dirty and so many bugs. all of the appliances were dirty definitely not a move in ready unit at alllllll!!! i’m fighting an infestation of bugs and it’s disgusting ! pest control is doing a horrible job

Move in day i saw a ton of roaches. The dishwasher doesn’t turn on. My bathroom didn’t come with a toilet seat and the apartment overall just smelled like straight cigarettes. Brand new carpet and appliances tho so that’s cool

Not exceptional but okay. It has gotten better since I moved in. But I still can't find it t over the fact that my apartment was not cleaned before I moved in. I cleaned my apartment myself after moving in. Now, the treadmill in the gym doesn't work

Apartment could use a bit of a face lift, and the neighborhood isn't the greatest. I've seen some of my neighbors with handguns tucked into waistbands/pockets, and I am fairly certain there are drugs deals taking place pretty frequently. The management is overall pleasant however it seems like there are issues with the front staff.

Nice place to live
Overall, I have enjoyed living in this community. It’s quiet and everyone stays to themselves. The office staff are nice and helpful but it’s hard to know who will be working because they change workers all the time. I’m sure it just because of promotions or moving within the company. The only thing that is a little frustrating is the constant issues with amenities. The back gate has been broken so many times and now the exit gate doesn’t even open at all, so I have to circle around the block to get home. The pool constantly had issues and needed to be closed. The laundry door and door to access the mail room are never secured as they used to be when I first moved in. It would be nice to see those things fixed/working properly. I can say that the maintenance staff is amazing and quick to fix issues. I truly appreciate that!

Fabulous Place to Live
We love living here because everyone is friendly, it is very peaceful and there is lots of outdoor space. The management team is awesome in that they are always ready to help. The maintenance team is outstanding, got all 12 of my requests handled in a matter of days and showed up to do the work within a day of me submitting it. Looking forward to our time here as we search for a house.

Loving It!
Been here for a few months now and i’m absolutely loving it! Everyone is so nice. I take my dog to the park almost every day at 5 which is great for socializing both of us! Also the neighborhood kids are pretty great too. It’s a great community!

The appartments have a very nice layout with big windows allowing ample natural light. Excellent storage space in each section of the house. The common areas are very thoughfully designed and spread througout the property. Landscaping is beautiful.

As I have written before in my previous reviews online, I really like living at Arium Pinnacle Ridge. It is a great place with beautiful surroundings (by nature). I like the attention and support from the all staff, office (front desk) and maintenance. They have been able to take proper care that you are always having the best of the experience while living at APR. They have showed adaptability and helped us as a community to move forward during this particular public health problem that surprised to all of usin this 2020. Excellent safety measurements have been taken! This is why I have renewed my lease contract.

ARIUM Pinnacle Ridge stood out from other apartments in the area to me because of how green it is. I'm much happier living in a place around trees and plants, especially established, older trees. It is almost like a park in some areas.

This was a great choice starting out. It was a first being on my own and I was excited about my new living community. I loved the fact that it was gated but for about four months within me living there the front gate was down. I chose the place for that security feature. My living complex space was very small but I made do with it for the time. My only problem was that I tried to upgrade to a bigger space and was told I would be charged 300.00 fore breaking a lease. I would understand if I was leaving or downgrading, but rather I was renewing and upgrading and it seemed to be at cost. I also expressed that I would like to stay and just a difference in a day I was given one price and them the day after I decided I'll go for it then the price skyrocket. I think management could have done better because Covid had just become a issue and till this day, that apartment is still not occupied. It's like a sale and a potential resigning of a lease would have been the way to go.

Must Visit!!!
I currently stay in the two bedrooms apartments and I'm loving it. Great people that work in the office and on the maintenance staff. They respond to my request in an timely manner. It's nearby a lot of shopping places and food places. the mall is not far away actually it is in the middle of two malls. Northgate Mall and Southpoint Mall.
