Property Ratings at University Ridge Condos
There are two things I have to complain about living here. First is that when we moved in we asked if maintenance could fix the shower door, to close it all the way you have to physically lift the door. Maintenance told my wife that “that’s how it’s supposed to work” which is wrong, it’s doesn’t work how it’s supposed to so it has been causing damage when opened or closed. Second is seasonal, in the winter they pay someone who plows the sidewalks on a 4 wheeler which would be great if the guy didn’t push the snow into my freshly shoveled driveway and not even have the decency to clear it. Whatever my share of what pays him is I want my money back.
Very nice townhomes. Quiet street. They always took care of maintenance requests. Very expensive and this company is here for the money. It’s very apparent. You have to have a media package $125 a month. We didn’t even get the TV, just internet. Which we knew but still crazy! They charge you tax $10 a month. They charge shared utilities anywhere from $10 to $30 a month. When you leave they will charge you $1,600 to clean the carpet, $200 for cleaning & who knows what else. I haven’t heard of one person not being charged for carpet. Every single person I’ve talked to has been charged and was very upset upon move out. I wouldn’t live here again nor would I recommend living here.
People dont communicate with their tenants. They're trying to evict me without proper procedure. I always eTheynter my house through my garage. The 3 day vacate note was found on the third because I was walking outside then decide to head into my front door. I found a note laying on the welcome mat. I tried contacting them to resolve the issues. Called manage and none replied. However they went by my house again to leave am eviction reminder. They didnt call, ring my doorbell , ir knock on my door. I'm disappointed because I wanted to sign another lease. This company will seek any opportunity to get more money out of tenants when they feel they don't have you locked in a lease. My lease would be up in a few weeks
These are very nice condos.....but the company wants your money. They charged me $1600 dollars after bringing black lights into my home. They said I had obviously had a pet....I never did. I kept area rugs on my carpet and kept my home very clean.
