Things are fixed fast, convenient, and nice apartments, a shuttle bus is absolutely one of the best things here. However, the Wi-Fi goes out at least once a month, and the walls are incredibly thin. Also, people don't pick up their dog poop. Other than that fantastic

UV is one of the best options to live at in Muncie, compared to the other apt. options at an affordable-ish rate. The name of the complex is deceiving, because adults, not in school, can live here too. The front office workers are a joke, but once you're settled in your apt, everything is fine. The maintenance men are the best part about the UV employee team.

Solid place for a year or so if you don’t wanna live in dorms. While you have to drive to campus it’s around 3-8 minutes and really isn’t a haul to make it on time to class.

Ive enjoyed being here and the environment is wonderful. Despite some expected chaos it was a great experience living at the university village. I especially appreciate James one of the workers as he went out of his way to create a great energy from the moment we came in for a tour.

The Maintenance takes a while sometimes and it’s a bit expensive. Community and amenities are great though. The grounds are normally well kept and well maintained.

I enjoy living at University Village. Sometimes the community’s internet is down for everyone, so that can be an inconvenience. It’s typically not down for too long though. The front desk and maintenance teams get stuff done quickly as well.

When we moved in we deep cleaned the apartment shampooed carpets etc, hot water didn’t work the door frame was busted. Looked like they didn’t clean or fix anything in the apartment. Paint is chipping off the ceiling fans and you can tell where they painted with three different shades of white in one hall way. The clubhouse is telling my significant other one thing then telling me something different.

University Village has great apartments for a great price. Not only that but they have a gym facility that has solid machines and free weights.

The apartment was extremely dirty upon moving in however after some elbow grease and help from maintenance we’ve made it nicer! Every carpet in the bedrooms were new except the third bedroom. The carpet in the closet of the third bedroom wasn’t even attached to the floor and had a putrid cat pee smell. It took almost 2 weeks for them to finally fix it. It still smells but not as bad and the carpet is now attached so I’m thankful.

My apartment isn’t finished, was told painters were coming to finish their job and are yet too. Apartment was not clean upon arrival, it was genuinely disgusting, hair all over the place, fridge was disgusting, cabinets were very nasty, floors were very dirty.

Honestly complex is super nice, pool is great same with office, staff answers the phone pretty fast, parking is great! But apartment was a wreck on move in day, trash on floors, stained counters, closet with old clothes in it, doors partly painted, mold under bathroom sink, had to fix toilet (myself), wall stained, bathtubs stained, Dishwasher clogged. Was told cleaners would come to fix it up never did we had to do it ourselves (125 in cleaning supplies), was told painters would come almost 3 weeks ago never did with no updates

The apartments are nice, I like that there is a bus I can take to and from campus. There were some issues, like holes in the wall, dirty parts, and things that were broken that we needed to fix as we moved in.

The apartment is spacious and the community is very nice. The workers at the lobby are always helpful, however it takes a very long for maintenance to get things fixed as they are understaffed. We have urgent work orders that have been pending for a week, leaving us unable to use one of our showers and our dryer.

I’m very glad I moved here. I love this community. It’s so peaceful compared to where I lived right off campus. I love that there is a shuttle bus that runs most of the day. My only qualm is that the shuttle doesn’t run just a little later. I’m a grad student with night classes, so the shuttle wouldn’t be convenient for me. There are plenty of people who’d be willing to work nights to drive the bus too!

The apartment didn’t feel move in ready. There’s a hole in the ceiling that was there when we moved in. There was rust everywhere when we moved in. There’s wires coming out of walls when we moved in. The WiFi is out ALOT. The bus is not reliable and I’ve had to drive back to the apartment to bring people to campus. There are bugs EVERYWHERE. The windows don’t close all the way. It reeks of weed and smoke in the stairs.

It took a lot of time and research to find a place this good. They completely remodeled the apartment, everything brand new. Even when they had some computer issues on move in day, they didn't let that slow anything down, and took care of some minor maintenence issues this computer issues caused. On the rare occasions they're not perfect, they strive to make it better!

Rent increased but amenities didn't. Bus was broken down for several days this semester. The buildings are filthy, especially the stairwells. The internet is consistently down. The apartments are too small. You have four people sharing a 4.3 cubic foot refrigerator. There is not enough cabinet space for two adults. There isn't enough counter space for one adult. The Haven (next door) is frequently loud at night. Cops have been called more than three times in two years over noise after dark. The only redeeming quality is maintenence. They get 5/5.

The office is incredibly bad at communication and the stairwells are a filthy mess. They will try to unfairly charge an entire building for what one or two residents has done. I have not been involved in the community long but I feel more negatively than positively so far

Absolutely great place to settle in for the school year! Great staff, nice events, they even have a bus that takes people to campus, which is very helpful!

communication could use some work. wifi is constantly going out. overall rooms are alright. maintenance is usually pretty good. resident portal is a little buggy sometimes

Summer-Fall was amazing with UV, but when Winter came, building 4’s water had to be shut on and off multiple times. This was on going for about a month. Then, instead of them fixing the problem to begin with, they turned off the water for about 3 days to fix the leak. Building 4 had no running water for 3 days, so my roommates and I had to shower in a separate apartment, and fill up gallon buckets/water bottles with water. Also, we had to buy water bottles so we could have water for the cats and us. But, the staff can be really sweet and helpful, and the property manager did everything in his power to help us during the water leak. They host fun activities/get togethers in the office. The pool’s really nice as well. I would recommend UV to other students, but would warn them about the Winter.

It's been okay at best. Office needs to have more training or something because they are less than helpful. Rent is cheap, yeah, but that's about the only positive.

Managers are caring and negotiate with customers . Moved in July and had a good experience so far with uv. Definitely will recommend to other students .
