This place is pretty good and a very close walk to UCR! Management is nice and things get fixed in time. Only issue is the cockroach and rat infestation, especially in the lower levels.

During my first year with UVT, I have felt nothing but constant support and warmth. The people who work in the office are amazing and the property manager of the apartment will work with you regardless of the problem. The apartment itself is kept very clean by an amazing cleaning lady. The renovated apartments are really nice as all the appliances are new and there is a lot of storage available. The rooms are small but with a little TLC you can make s very comfortable home. If you are looking for an apartment look no further because UVT is not only the cheapest option but the best option!

I’ve been living here for two years and I’m definitely staying here until I graduate! The distance to UCR campus is super walkable, lots of places around (that have security guards walking around constantly which I love), lots of amenities on site (pool, hot tub, gym, computer lab, laundry rooms, locked gate to apartment complex), but most of all the staff is absolutely wonderful. The leasing office staff are the absolute best, the maintenance staff are always fast, efficient, and so kind. The janitors are even sweet and there is also a security guard on site at nighttime which is a huge plus too.

Super convenient location, the staff members are so nice, and the maintenance staff are always quick to take care of any requests. I lived here for 2 years, loved the gym downstairs with the mail room and laundry machine on each floor. Would recommend to anyone that’s a student or looking to become a student!

Stayed at UVT for 2 years while studying at UCR. One of the most affordable and yet good apartment to stay near campus. The best aspect of UVT is the free maintenance on all aspects of the house. The maintenance team is really nice and extremely helpful as well. Using a shared laundry room is the only con of staying at UVT as some washers and dryers stop working quite often.

Convenient and close to UCR. I've always found the management helpful and very interested in establishing a friendly community. The maintenance team is great! They always come out to resolve issues right away and are very efficient and professional.

Infested with Roaches everywhere and they just spray water thinking it’s going to kill the roaches and people just walk into your apartment

There is so much I could write about why this place is bad. From the homeless people living right outside, to landlords that show no mercy to those wanting to get out of their lease because of COVID. I have lived here one year and the only good thing was the shuttle to campus which they took away in January. Find a room for rent in a house. Trust me. It’s not worth it.

Don’t live here!!! would give 0 star. I lived here for a month and I had enough, disappointed. 1. the staff are rude and arrogant, squaring accounts in every detail. They superficially smile to you but they actually try their best to drain your money. 2. smoking-free apt? NO! My roommate is smoking cannabis however the staff seems don’t care about it and did nothing after you tell them. 3. Very loud noise coming from the freeway even if you close the window. 4. Tiny bedroom and bathroom, gloomy corridor. Enjoy your life in prison if you want. 5. Absolutely overpriced! Don’t trust the monthly rate on their website, you actually pay more because it is a 11.5 month contract.
University Village has a great community everyone is so nice and so helpful. The management is so kind and cares for your well being they want to see you succeed and help you along the way. They have great customer service and the facilities are always well kept and maintained. Everyone there creates a great community and creates tremendous bonds between each other. Everyone helps one another out and is like a family who will help no matter what the issue or issues are. Its a great place if your in college or starting a family. Everyone is so nice and respectful.
