Springs Ranch is a beautiful neighborhood located about 10 miles east of Downtown Colorado Springs. The neighborhood is also four miles north of Peterson Air Force Base so it’s a great choice for military employees and families who want to live near base. Springs Ranch features a variety of moderately priced to upscale apartments, single-family houses, and townhomes for rent. Similar to many areas in Colorado Springs, Springs Ranch has incredible views of the Rocky Mountains and several lush parks. Along plenty of parks, residents enjoy having access to an abundance of shopping, dining, and entertainment options in the western portion of the neighborhood along North Powers Boulevard. First and Main Town Center is a sprawling mall with popular brands, diverse restaurants, big-box stores, and more. Upland Flats is definitely home! Moved in 2 months ago and it has been GREAT! All the maintenance requests were dealt with quickly and we were really happy with the service. All the maintenance staff are so respectful and nice! The Apartment Life Team, Cody and Katurah texted us when we first moved in, had a get together shortly after we moved in, answered all of my questions or found out the answers to my questions, and then they hold a couple of events a month. The events are so much fun and really organized! The pool and gym are so much fun to go to! There are grills all over the complex so you can barbecue, there’s even 2 fire pits to enjoy! The grounds are really well kept. The people living here appear to be very nice and respectful of each other. I feel very safe here and have had no property damage. The office personnel are very kind and will try to help and answer your questions. I love all the puppies at the complex! I also have an extended patio and I love it! I really love all the perks in my apartment and at the complex! I would really recommend living here! UPDATE: 8/18/24 my air conditioning stopped working. I put in a work order on Sunday and Jason from maintenance had it working by 3pm Monday afternoon! While he was in my apartment I told him that our Valet trash was not picked up on Sunday night (which has never happened before, and will sometimes happen because we are all human!). Anyway, Jason offered to take all 3 bags of my trash out for me! Now that is service! He is so nice! Doing something that is not his job just to help! I also find this to be the norm here from all the workers! Thank you!

I strongly advised against residing in this apartment complex. It is crucial to thoroughly review all disclosures related to the lease agreement. If you enjoy hosting events and utilizing the amenities provided by most apartment complexes, you are limited to having only two guests using these facilities such as the pool, gym, or clubhouse. The apartment complex lacks speed bumps, stop signs, and has numerous blind spots, leading to people speeding through the area. Additionally, there is a prevalent issue of dog owners not cleaning up after their pets, & dogs being off-leash. If you prefer privacy, quietness, have a sleeping baby, work night shifts, or dislike frequent visitors in your apartment, this complex may not be suitable for you. Maintenance visits your apartment frequently, which may not be ideal for those seeking minimal disruptions.

Do not move into this complex or any apartments managed by this company. From the beginning it was like pulling teeth to get any questions answered. received a call stating we had to make a payment in less than 20 minutes or our move in date would need to be moved. Upon moving in, our dryer did not work properly, our carpet was stained, the water filter went out, the wifi has not worked properly once (although there is a $200 charge each month to cover the wifi as a part of their technology package). When maintenance came to look at the fridge filter we were told it was not a part of the budget to replace the filter and they would just “reset” it to get rid of the notification rather than fix the issue. The whole floor below flooded. The list goes on and management does nothing but lie and dismiss that there are problems happening.

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE HERE. Do not fall for the friendly fake smiles of the front staff who will put you through nothing but smoke and mirrors whenever you have an issue. Have lived here a month and the HVAC, dryer and microwave do not work, along with my building flooding and absolutely no internet connection. I work remotely and now spend my entire week at coffee shops due to the fact to not having internet access. Have reported to Quantum and had multiple techs come out and “inspect” with no fixes made. Have reported to the front office who decided to lie about there being any known internet issues from other tenants along with lying about many other issues on the property. Took the time to speak with every single neighbor in my building and we are ALL experiencing the same issues. Save yourself the trouble and please find somewhere else to live.

The leasing process here was the quickest and easiest ever. The staff, everyone, is super nice and prompt! The apartments are fancy and high tech (control everything with Alexa). Low fees, reasonable lease, and I got a good special!
