An hour northwest of Minneapolis on Interstate 94, Saint Cloud is a charming small city on the banks of the Mississippi River. For what we pay.. definitely not worth it. No dishwasher. The people that live in the apartments are just ridiculous and VERY disrespectful. It takes a minute to get things fixed. Dog poop is just ridiculous also. No one picks up after their dog. This place is just not really worth it at all.

I did a walk through with assurances things would be fixed when I became a resident. FALSE. Now that I am a trapped resident things never get fixed STILL. My front door doesn't work, the mail is compromised, there's no security, there's trash EVERYWHERE, the heat doesn't work... I hate living here.

I have lived here 2 years this Oct. The grounds are clean & well kept. Beautiful trees, a dog park, & a community garden. Maintenance is quick to respond, friendly, & knowledgeable. Pets are accepted (including large dogs) & we have a great dog community here. There are bus stops for line 33 and line 4 on both sides of the property. Plenty of parking. I love the neighborhood we are in because my dog & I can go for walks any time of the day. You will see families, students, & people of all ages doing the same. We are minutes away from the gorgeous Sauk Rapids Park-Southside. Management and the office staff are really kind, understanding, friendly & helpful.

This place is decent enough if you have nowhere else to go. But if your looking for somewhere nice to live avoid this place at all costs. Me and my boyfriend lived here for a year and barely made it. My mailbox wasn’t even attached half the time, it was very dirty and had an unbearable smell multiples a week. Maintenance was nice but didn’t do their job thoroughly. My blinds fell off everyday and there were some already off prior to us moving in and never got fixed and even got it taken out of our deposit after we left. Also when they came to clean our bathroom fan while we were gone they left it dirty. The people there are really loud and have no respect for others around them. But if you don’t care about that I say go right ahead.
