Everything has been amazing so far!! The leasing agents have always welcomed us with big smiles and have been amazing at answering any questions or concerns that we may have had. We’ve only been living here for almost a week and everything has been amazing except our fridge won’t get cold at all and we put a work order in for it do be fixed and they were supposed to come on monday to fix it but unfortunately they have not shown, so it is a little hard to cook and have groceries. Although other than that it has been great!!!
Very quiet and serene place to live. Staff is always helpful when you need them! Checkout the pool, exercise room, and the different available floor plans!
The leasing office has been so nice and helpful. The units are updated and nice inside. Maintenance requests are completed fairly fast and they are so nice.

I am new to this community but I am enjoying the beautiful view from my apartment and how peaceful and quiet my surroundings are. I had a few maintenance concerns and they were handled very professionally by Steve, a part of the maintenance crew. I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking for an affordable place to live.
Great community. Jazzmynn is great and always has a smile on her face. Appreciate her understanding and patience even when we don't fully deserve it. Apartments have VERY thin walls so be ready for a lot of noise from neighbors and nothing that can be done to prevent it. Either buy some good headphones to block out the noise, or live in a different community. Gates are also left open half the time, but overall it is very safe.

Maintenance took 3 weeks to be completed but the staff in the front are really welcoming. Also, I don't like that they don't have a strict policy about dog pooop disposal around the complex. Residents don't pickup their dog's waste.

Great place to live! Just moved to a larger sq ft 1 bedroom. Office staff is very friendly and helpful with the whole process. Clean, comfortable and overall nice apartment. Highly recommend!

Great staff and maintenance. Quiet community. Great location for major highways. Outside buildings and breezeways are not maintained well. 5 dollar parking fee for guests is ridiculous. Homelessness in the area is observed and they dig in our dumpsters.. sad. They don’t bother anyone.

Great ?? love everything about it. So nice and clean, would recommend to everyone to live here. No one bothers you or anything very quite place to live. Close to the forum and and 35 which is a plus and close to my work as well.

Very quiet community, with a great staff! Everyone is friendly, and helpful. I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else. We are close to 35 and Wurzbach Parkway for easy access to Austin or San Antonio.

All good except the gates remain open/broken more than they remain locked. Area is pretty safe so haven't had any issues yet. Management takes action as needed to resolve any issues and problems, and the team is pretty cordial as well.

Great staff and quick maintenance. Only complaint is not much attention to the dog park but they do now it and keep poop bags so still doing better than most.

We never even toured here before signing and we were pleasantly surprised. Jazzmin is amazing and always accommodating. She recognizes us every time we see her and says hi. Coffee machine has been out however of the middle coffeee for a month and hot chocolate doesn’t work. I love the food trucks and the ease of the package lockers. Gates aren’t always closed

Great place to live and the Maintenance team is quick. Rent is a little high though. They recently changed management and it seems better but rent is definitely cheaper at other places and you get more for your money.

The resident neighborhood is great. It’s always quiet. There’s a Starbucks and a gas station right next-door that makes it convenient is right down the street. Only thing I wish with some more food places close by.

Been nice living here. Have had minor issues with some things around the apartment. Friendly and helpful staff. Only thing ive noticed is the homeless make there way in here at night .

Been living here for over 6 months now and so far everything has been pretty good. Maintenance does a pretty good job at responding to work orders and fixing them in a timely manner. The gates are closed during night time hours even though sometimes people may run into them and damage them--causing them to remain open while they fix them (common issue). And the apartment just feels nice. Very nice location with access to Wurzbach Parkway and I-35, Next to a Starbucks and a gas station/convenient store. Grocery stores and pharmacies are located within 5-10 minutes from the apartment complex, and overall it's a good value for the money you pay.

The apartment was great. I really enjoyed touring the property and cannot wait to move in later this month. I also loved that it was close to 2 parks that I can take my dogs on walks at.

This is a huge change coming from out of San Diego. The staff went above and beyond to get my place ready for me. It is a very cozy complex. The noise levels are quiet and I live right by the pool. The neighbors have been super friendly. No complaints so far.

Staff is friendly and is efficient when it comes to any maintenance issues. Been here for almost a year and only issue/complaint is when it comes to parking, be sure to update your license plate numbers are UP TO DATE! I ended up getting permanent plates after being here for 3/4 months and forgot to update the number with my resident account and my car was towed within a 24 hrs of putting them on my car. The tow trucks do not PLAY and move silently and quickly

Lived here for almost two years and have almost no problems with my apartment, besides the occasional disturbance from upstairs neighbors and/or maintenance issue with washer/dryer in apartment. Otherwise, the apartments are great and offers great comfort.

I’ve lived here for approximately 6 years and overall I’ve never had any issues with management or maintenance. Some neighbors are inconsiderate of others, but I haven’t had any personal issues with that.

Great experience so far, just front desk/office hours sometimes off from what’s posted and doors are locked. Also gates never closed worries me about safety.

Living here so far has been great! Everyone is friendly, and nice. I love how quiet it is….making my new home serene!
My experience living here at Upton Longhorn Quarry has been pleasant. There were a few issues with management upon moving in as well as the trash pick up service which residents pay for. The security gates located at the complex are always open and not working. The issue with management has improved since.

Where do I start. This property looks great from the outside looking in, but after a year of constant problems, I cannot in good faith recommend anyone living here. The maintenance staff is a ghost town, nowhere to be seen. Constantly changing prices based on your “rental agreement”. I guess I need an attorney to read over my rental agreements from now on. Didn’t know they would try to screw over their tenants this much for a quick buck. Terrible systems and processes for how they do business here. STAY AWAY.
