Literally the smallest apartments ever. Closet space is almost non existent in almost every floor plan. I wish there were a 1 bed 1 bath with den options so you can at least make your own extra closet and storage space. Even the two bedrooms lack adequate storage. On a positive note the apartments themselves are updated, but the location isn’t really ideal since you’re not next to anything in walking distance except a coffee shop, Walgreens and a car wash.

It's very tiny living spaces. Quality, i would even say, luxury living. But we pay a lot to live in sardine cans. I understand it's the going rate, but it still sucks. Also the dogs barking all the time, peeing in the elevator and carpet in the stairs and the leafblower that cleans the car wash lot across the street suuuck.

I'm still assessing the customer service. Communication seems to be lacking for me as a resident. It took me asking to find out about where to place large boxes for recycling. I wasn't aware there was a bike storage room that was first come first served. And there have been chemical fumes permeating from the first floor commercial tenant fitouts which are still lingering. The apartment itself is nicely laid out and the amenities are sufficient and easily accessible. The parking spaces are tight and we had to move our car once because a huge pickup truck decided to park next to us and does not fit into the stall. So right now I'm neutral because there have been pluses and minuses.

It just gets noisy with the police and fire sirens. But location is great; bus stop down the street, a library, and a park down Graham Street is well maintained for outdoor fitness and families with kids.
