West Palm Beach puts the excitement and extravagance of South Florida in your lap without the exorbitant price tag. It’s a great community for folks who like to stay active: The Lake Trail offers a chance to ride a bike through a scenic route lined by majestic trees, historic mansions (including Henry Flagler’s Sea Gull Cottage), and the Intracoastal Waterway.
The nightlife along Clematis Street and at the CityPlace complex provides enough variety to ensure that there are always plenty of options for your after-hours adventures. Numerous performance venues and music festivals bring an eclectic roster of concerts to the community; SunFest in particular attracts major touring act and regularly draws hundreds of thousands of fans to the waterfront every spring.
For a more intimate and refined experience, catch a performance by the Palm Beach Pops or the Miami City Ballet at the Kravis Center.

Property Ratings at Uptown 22
This building is invested with roaches ( German cockroaches). I'm very clean and would still notice them in my unit and so bad in the laundry rooms. I'm a very clean person and had them treat the apartment but it was still so bad they ended up getting in my vehicle somehow and I know it was from this property. The hallways and common areas were not kept clean and people let their dogs go to the bathroom in the building. Good price for being close to downtown but not worth it you can find something better in a safer area.
This is a great place to live not only is it up to date and modern for living , the staff is wonderful . I was helped by Jackie and it went as smooth as ever great customer service ! 10/10
Ruby is bringing this complex back to life. She is prompt, caring and considerate of any issues that are brought to her attention. Stayed here for a year and toured other properties that were not only more expensive but broken down and less safe. Ended up renewing my lease due to Ruby's care of the facilities. The gates have been fixed and the pool is properly maintained!
I wouldn't recommend anyone staying at the property. In the two years I rented there were at least 6 different front desk people and property managers have changed at least 3 to 4 times. I would also tell them how when you are ready to vacate the magically lose notice to vacate and if you didn't make a copy, they will charge you and say oh well even though you have date and time that you went into the office and turned it in. I would also tell them how dangerous it is to live out there as a single woman because your car will get broken into and you have creepy Maintenace staff that flirts with residents and enters your apartment without notice or an order to fix anything. All of which is ignored when reported to management. The amenities the offer doesn't even work, trash is always everywhere. My car was broken into, and window was broken. Police is constantly at the community due to break ins. Management is rude and unprofessional and when you have a complaint, they stop answering the phone. Apartments are full of mold and if you report this to the office they just come and paint over it. Fire alarms are always going off.
Please don’t make the same mistake I did. The laundry rooms don’t work. The stairwells are never clean. You have to pay a gate fee even though the gate breaks monthly. This place is worse than my college dorm. If you like paying a lot for the bare minimum go for it. The bugs are out of control. No amount of pest control will work. This place needs to be torn down but instead they’ll raise rent.
Over the past few months the apartment community got a new property manager and extra office staff! Maintenance always deals with the problems right away and i never had a problem with getting through to the office. They just added a new outdoor gym and the pool is always sparkling clean! Their rates are very decent for the area and I would never choose to live elsewhere.
When I moved in, management was much more attentive and the receptionist and staff were very helpful. I noticed a few problems but nothing I wanted to harp on them for too aggressively. New management has come in and they are completely absent. You can’t get them on the phone and there isn’t even a local address for them. They have decided to increase my rent by 13% in my renewal offer. This is absurd for an apartment with so many issues like roaches, filthy elevators and laundry room, faulty laundry machines, and the smell of weed and cigarettes coming through the vents as well as limited access to amenities. My “new” appliances (a huge reason I signed the lease) are covered in dents. My ceiling is stained from leaks above and I have asked them to paint it over 6 months ago. There is a gym in the main clubhouse but you can only use it while the receptionist is working. She is no longer there on Saturday’s and the “clubhouse” is often closed unexpectedly. I have been contacting them over a month to find out if they are going to proceed with such an inappropriate rent increase and I can’t reach them. The woman at the front desk can’t even provide a way for me to contact them aside from an email address that I get no response from. They don’t even have the decency to tell me this rent increase is final and give me a chance to decide if I still want to live here. You will have no access to management other than when they bill you through an app including surprise fees like having a package outside of your apt while out of town.
I completed an application. They told me I was approved. Sent me lease. I signed lease and sent back. Told my landlord I was moving. Ordered electricity transfer. A week later they told me I didn’t qualify. Kept my application fee. A year later they sent a bill for $101 to collections. I have no idea what the bill is. They kept my $300 application fee. The $101 bill is now on my credit report as a delinquency.
Fire alarm always goes off, washer and dryers on the second floor barely works, the laundry room is always dirty, the door to my side entrance has never locked since I moved in last year August, hallway smells all the time,my bedroom and bathroom smelled like weed alot. I complained about safety protocols because one night I came home someone was busy with a neighbors car, kids jump over the fence from the next complex than enter our building because there is no security measures. Gate is never working, there's a beeping sound in the hallway, only positive thing about this place is the rent but make sure when signing your lease agreement you read the terms and conditions carefully because I got hit with an extra fee 2 months into my lease, Rhonda the agent told me it was in my lease that I will be charged this fee. I'm at the end of my lease and I'm out thanks for the experience ??....
Yes the apartment looks nice but they are nothing special. The spaces are small for the price and you can tell they didn’t pay attention to the fine detail when renovating. The closet doors are insanely loud and creaky. The ones in the bathroom are obviously old and terribly repainted. The molding throughout the place is sloppily painted. They still have ants and roaches. I’ve been living here for 5 months and the (unguarded) gates have been broken the entire time with many failed attempts to fix them. The doors are supposed to require keypads to enter the buildings but they are broken and are unlocked 24/7. If you are looking for security, do not live here. The fire alarms go off daily so don’t get an apartment of the first floor because that is where the alarm panel is located. The lady in the office is legitimately out all the time and 80% of the time you send them an email, you will get an email saying she is out of the office and will return days later. I definitely feel like I’m wasting money here.

I've lived here for 6 months, and I like it. Reasonable price, it has everything I need, I love the gym, nice dog park and ample room to walk around the property with my dog, the management team is awesome, and I sleep soundly at night. I have not had to have pest control since I've been here (no bugs), and I have seen no hint of mold. Great value in WPB (within 2 miles of downtown) for the fiscally responsible adult who doesn't want to throw away an extra $200-$500 a month in rent for things they don't need.

The apartment looks very nice and a also fairly new (renovated, but there is a strange amount of bugs, slugs, lizards and SPIDERS that get into the house. I’ve had furry spiders, jumping spiders, wolf spiders, granddaddy long legs, everything. I’ve also had ants that come from the wall onto my bathroom sink. The location is great (close to downtown) but the bug infestation is horrible. Luckily maintenance will come spray, but somehow that’s not keeping the bugs/critters away.

The apartments look great and everything is brand new. Very content with how everything has turned out so far. Couldn’t ask for more.
