It is great but rent is expensive and the elevators and/ or doors are always broken. The garage doors hardly work either.The leasing office, however is really nice and always willing to help and the community is great too.

Love living here but the parking situation really needs improvement. It''s a shame a small problem can tarnish a wonderful living experience. I hope the visitor parking situation can be improved. All in all a great place. Fast maintenance and great staff.

The apartment is quiet and very easy to live in, and the people you meet in the elevator are very nice and greet you! The train station is close by, so you can walk to the station and go out to the city of Chicago!

Its an amazing place to live, the staff are great and the maintenance people are very very very helpful and fast in fixing and attaining to our requests, Christine in the leasing office is one of a kind, she is very sweet and helpful and tolerate our attitude sometimes to an amazing extent, she has great people skills
Great community and great management team. I feel safe and comfortable staying in here. The management team arranges activities/events every once in a while to keep us entertained. Really appreciated that.
Nice apartment and amenities but no deals or events thrown by leasing. Each year prices rise with nothing new added or updated. No option for outdoor parking anymore and no incentives to re-sign.
Uptown 500 is a great place to call home, the amenities have just everything you could look for in a community and the apartments are very spacious. The staff is very kind and always there to help. Loved my time so far living here and have already renewed my lease.

It's a great living experience and have truly enjoyed my time hear but haven't seen any upgrades in my 2 years here. A few upgrades would mean a world of difference. Overall a great experience
The trains used to be loud at night, but now it is quieter and the environment is better. Movie theaters, Starbucks, City Work, and other stores are right in front of us. When will the steak house open? I am looking forward to it.
Apartment building is quiet, clean and well-maintained. The community is safe and convenient with grocery stores nearby. Staff is friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place.
Uptown 500 has amazing community full of great people. The rooms are very quiet and up to date. The leasing team is amazing and always here to help. If anything brakes the maintenance team is very fast to fix anything. The Amenities are amazing with the workout and game rooms. Love living here.
Overall it is a great place to live, however the garage keys never work for the garage door. The party rooms are expensive to rent. But everyone here is friendly
I've lived in the most beautiful parts of Chicago, and nothing comes remotely close to the comfortably and luxury that Uptown 500 offers. I only wish I'd moved in sooner!
Our time at Uptown 500 has been very peaceful and smooth. All the woman in the office are very helpful and accommodating to the residents. Occasionally there are hiccups with outside factors of things getting broken, or websites that are down but that’s life, nothing is perfect!
Clean amenities, kind staff, and great apartment in general. A few downsides are: troublesome garage doors (they plan on getting a new system in 2024), unclear main entrance, no notifications on your packages, and guest parking (requires a pass to park after 10pm).
I love it here . All the amenities are great ! Look forward to another year . My dogs enjoy the view . The gym is fabulous. I’m starting to look good
Uptown 500 is a great place to call home. It's a warm, modern suburban building with an urban flare. Best in wheeling. Great amenities, wonderful parking and the staff is first rate.

I like these apartments. we enjoying every day to stay here and always recommended to our friends. We have a lot of amenities - party room , co-working space / business center, private meeting room, billiards / game Area, 24 hour fitness center, yoga room, bicycle storage, bbq grill stations and more
Great place to live, the community is amazing and the staff is very helpful, we have a problem with the garage door occasionally and the pool area is not secured at all other than that its a good place
The apartment is quiet and very comfortable. Supermarkets and Starbucks are nearby, and the highway and train station are close by. Also, the people living in the apartment are very friendly. The only thing that bothers me is the loud noise the train makes at the intersection.
All employees are very happy and pleasant . None of my problems or requests were too much for them. They are always ready to help and seem to maintain a positive energy.
Quiet neighborhood. Amazing staff and great amenities. I attended yoga classes on Thursdays and the instructor is awesome. Would definitely recommend.
I love the building. I love my apartment and I especially love the girls in the office and the maintenance staff. I feel so safe here. I just renewed my lease and I look forward to another year here. Every time I see someone coming in to look at the building I told him it’s great and they should move here.

Living at Uptown 500 has been amazing experience. The staff is beyond wonderful, when anything has come up they make you first priority to help solve the problem. Our apartment is amazing with very little noise. The amenities are used each day with joy. So much to do here and enjoy amazing way to live in a wonderful community.
You will not find a better living experience anywhere in the north shore. Uptown 500 is a great complex. When it came time to renew my lease, I did not hesitate

The apartment is great and so the common areas, the rent is quite too expensive taking in account that the pool is not heated as they feature in the amenities, we need to book and pay to use a common area room at least for 4 hours as a private event if we have more than 4 guests. So if my girlfriends come over to eat sushi and we are 6 I have to pay $75 per hour for at least for 4 hours as it will be considered a “party”. The A/C and heat is self programmed and in the winter most likely will be cold during the day in the apartment. At this point the cost of the rent is not justified anymore. However, the apartment building is clean and aesthetically pleasing.

Nicely designed apartments. Up to date appliances. Amenities are nice if you use them often. Noisy after hours here and there. Overall it’s a great place for small family or individual living.

The apartment is very quiet and has a nice view. It is also very convenient for transportation, with a train station and highway entrance nearby, and there are various supermarkets nearby. The residents are very friendly and greet each other when they see each other.

Well maintained apartments with caring front office and great events and amenities. In the midst of Wheeling’s commercial area with grocery stores, restaurants, movie theaters and park district nearby - all walking distance.

Very clean and friendly community. Lots to do within walking distance. The Towne Centre is right across the street where there is a dine-in movie theatre (Cinergy), plenty of restaurants, and a sports complex/park area for runs and walks. I love going to Cinergy for a glass of wine before, during, or after a movie.

clean apartment with awesome staff. I requested maintenance one night and they came to fix the problem right next day! building noise level is low except traffic sound from Dundee rd. which is expected. I do not have any complaints for my place.
