Well-maintained, historic homes situated along lush, tree-lined streets contribute to the area’s unique character and overall beauty.
North End residents enjoy the outdoors at numerous venues, including the Ruston Waterfront and the sprawling Point Defiance Park, a 702-acre recreational wonderland containing scenic trails, Owen Beach, and Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium. Multiple commercial strips thrive in North End, each offering a slew of local restaurants, shops, coffeehouses, markets, theaters, and their own distinct charm.

Property Ratings at Uptown 7 Apartments
I'm a state worker making over six figures and have an excellent rental history spanning about 20 years and about 800 credit. I'm the person who gives the apartment back clear than I got it. I'm the zero drama landlords dream. Until this week I've never encountered a team so obviously unprofessional and sketchy. From the rooms not being clean enough to show to the application process, avoid at all cost. The amount of vacancies a complex of this size has is also a red flag. Anyways, I provided paystubs showing 3 years of continuous employment. They insisted on paystubs from more pay periods despite there being year to date totals on them. There was some third party service that they use, which they neglected to send me a link for. They then insisted I send bank statements to prove my income because I had not run the service they failed to connect me with. Weirdly the were several other emails on the chain and it looked like a group email asking people for their financial information. That felt very sketchy. They ignored my questions for about 24 hours until I told them I was no longer interested in the apartment. My choice to withdrawal interest is because of the lack of professionalism and it seems the align with the reviews I see on here that suggest they don't take accountability, shift blame to tenants when things break, are unresponsive etc.... They have refused to refund the application fee, which is a whopping 65 dollars and not actually disclosed until the last page of their clunky and onerous web application. It's a big red flag when companies don't take accountability when they provide subpar service and respond with defensiveness. I hope to give people this information so that they know that the application fee is excessive, the process obnoxious, the staff unresponsive, and management inflexible and unaccountable. When I told them that I was no longer interested and they told me they would not refund the fee, they continued to try and convince me I was wrong and that they were actually professional. Yikes! What a red flag. Avoid this group at all costs. in 20 years of renting I've never seen so many red flags in such a short timespan. When people show you who they are, believe them the first time.

Our water heater was broken, maintenance came out quickly and fixed the problem, now it’s working great. Good efficient work on the maintenance’s end.

Thank you for sharing your positive experience! Glad maintenance was quick to respond to your request.
Water is constantly turned off for extended periods with no warning and maintenance is constantly entering the apartment for issues that should have been taken care of prior to move in. Management does not care about complaints, only cares about making more money, recently started charging a ridiculous amount for parking which had been promoted as free at move in. Laundry facilities were supposed to be updated when we moved in 1.5 years ago, however nothing has changed and the machines rarely work. Their website states that all apartments have a balcony, but thats not true, its a poorly maintained walkway which your neighbors use for smoking in front of your windows as well as frequent domestic disputes. The dog park is constantly full of dog poop, so can't really be used. The apartments were fixed up so quickly, that the floors are coming up and the closest doors are falling apart after only being here a short time. Our above neighbors bathroom flooded into my apartment and nothing was done about it. You can call/email management as often as you like but will never hear back from them because they simply don't care. I have lived in numerous apartments in Seattle which I though were bad, but this place really tops the cake as the worst apartment I have ever lived in. Don't give this place your money.
