My resident experience has been great. both units i've rented here are unique and make me feel at home. the amenities are nice and the neighborhood is vibrant.

I love my apartment at Uptown Square! This is a one of a kind community with cute options for an apartment complex. I love that there are monthly events where I can meet my neighbors.

I’ve had a couple of issues regarding key issues with mail box and they handled that quickly however I still have issues with getting responses to phone calls or emails to the main office - but in person visits allow you to get good service. Other grievances: I wish they would replace the cleaning wipes in the gym more often as well as not use multiple apps for rent, points things, washers, etc. but overall love the location and pretty sound proof walls

I live in the Indi at Uptown Square and I love it! My apartment has so much character and my apartment is super quiet. The maintenance staff is super responsive and friendly! It’s been a great experience so far!

Everyone in the office is super friendly and helpful. Maintenance is generally quick and also is friendly. I enjoy the monthly activities the apartment provides.

Package room always has issues of some kind which is frustrating because there is no sense of security getting anything big or small delivered here.

I know the leasing office and maintenance teams work hard and these buildings are a bit old. However, my A/C has been broken since I moved in the 8th of May 2024. Add that to the constant interruptions of the fire alarm at all hours of the day & night and my experience has been less than stellar. I believe Carlos in the leasing office has done a great job with the resources he has, but these are important maintenance issues that need addressing. That said, the location and neighborhood are great. The amenities are generally good though the gym could use a little love and attention. (At least please fix the clock!)

Really great experience! I love living in uptown! It has become home :) I feel like things have improved in the neighborhood as well making it feel a bit more safe :)

The community is welcoming, the events are a lot of fun with great turnout. The staff is responsive and informative, they do a great job communicating updates via email and they're always available in the office or over the phone. The gym is excellent.

Everything been really good, all the building workers helping a lot, just a couple things had to fixed in the apartment but now it's all good.

After moving in over a month ago, it is easy to see the apartments are very nice, and in a pretty good area outside of downtown. The move in process was a bit of a hassle as I was given contradictory information, some of which ended in me getting an extra charge on my first payment. It seems to be either that the staff is either pretty short or could be giving more effort. I was not able to access my apartment until two days after my move in because the fob I was given didn't work, and also never gave me a garage fob that I didn't know I needed. Emergency maintenance didn't pick up after-hours, which was concerning, but thankfully I was able to stay elsewhere until that got figured out. This may not be the case for a lot of people though. Not a good first impression especially as I am paying for one of the higher-priced units, although after the move in problems, the property has been very nice and I have had no problems.

It’s been horrible. Complain about a resident that constantly is harassing me and intentionally loud but nothing ever happens. Got to the point that I didn’t pay rent for a few months due to this but of course they want to try and kick you out and never do anything to the harassers! Cannot wait to move out of here and will never recommend this place to anyone. I know numerous traveling people who stay from 6 months to years that always ask me for recommendations since I’m a native. And I will never ever mention this place and or give good reference to it!! I’m mentally exhausted and disgusted living here!! Hate is a mild word for me!

Staff (office and maintenance) here are always super nice. Downside is that work orders can take a while to get complete sometimes and I often have to follow up with office staff multiple times to get updates on things.

Good price, great location. Security could be better. Fire alarms go off too often. Amenities are pretty good and leasing office staff is friendly

Atmosphere is very pleasant and inviting. Location is ideal and extremely convenient for everything from grocery store, restaurants, bars, festivals, and events.

Super bad place to live, can’t reach anyone even during business hours the front desk hangs up on me. DO NOT MOVE HERE YOU WILL DEEPLY REGRET IT

I love it here! I’ve had a few problems with management but everything has gotten fixed in a timely manner. The mail was down for a little which was frusterating but other than that it was bad! I love the utilities and is worth the price for the location

The apartment and complex is nice for the price of rent. I had an issue getting in contact with anyone from leasing before I moved in. They didn’t have my lease ready when I was supposed to move in but they handled it when I got there.

(2/1/25) The rent for the square footage is a deal, but the place is getting run & the fire alarms going off all the time, always at night, is an issue.

Dirty hallways, broken gates, homeless people sleeping in the laundry rooms, packages stolen, people smoking in their apartments. Do not live here.

I have loved living here. The staff has been helpful and the neihborhood is great. There are small issues everyso often but staff and maintenance always are doing their best to work through things in a timely fashion.

the steady ambience of my upstairs neighbor’s cement clogs are oddly comforting. 10/10 experience, i wish their clogs were louder actually :)

The maintenance crew is phenomenal. I also enjoy my neighbors and the comraderie that we all foster together. I feel safer at this apartment complex than my previous one in uptown.

The package room is a nightmare, and packages are often lost and stolen as they are thrown about and opened by other tenants. The gym is not well maintained when it comes to providing ways to sanitize the equipment after use, as well as the restrooms in the gym, there is often no toilet paper or paper towels available. A lot of the washers and dryers are out of order as well.

I love the area and the events are great here. The package system is a pain and tons of packages have been getting stolen recently which is frustrating

Little rough at first but I'm not not too bad I like the fact that they work with you and they're a lot better than any other apartments I've experienced

It’s overall livable at Uptown Square, but sometimes the leasing office behavior/treatment of residents is unacceptable. Numerous verbal promises, but failure to follow through; etc. They’re usually polite, but never hold up their end of a bargain unless they put it in writing; which is rare.

The whole experience has been mostly positive. The main negatives are things that the apartment complex either couldn't help or was difficult to solve. The mailroom tends to be a constant issue. Either lockers breaking or other issues. I know it's not really in the apartment complex's control but as a tenant, it's still annoying. Its a good area and could certainly do worse.

I love my apartment! It is so quiet and unique! Plan on staying a while! The maintenance staff has been amazing and I’ve had such pleasant experiences with everyone in the leasing office. They are super helpful and friendly!

For the most part great price for what you get. Great location. Have been numerous issues with packages over the past year and a half in the package room. As well as issues with the fire alarms going off repeatedly like a college campus, But this seems to have been resolved recently.

The neighborhood is wonderful. It has its issues with packages and response time from office but I expected that being in the city. Apartments are unique and common areas kept clean

Fairly nice community, typically quiet. People are pre friendly when going to community events. Almost everyone seems to have a dog and mostly pick up after their pets.

The Uptown Square apartments are located in a really cool neighborhood nestled between Five Points, City Center, Cap Hill, RiNo and downtown. The complex is quite large, too, as we have five different buildings here! There is something for every apartment renter - a pool, gym, courtyard, pool and fooseball table and various sitting areas. We also have standard apts, concrete-jungle and renovated units!

Call box has broken for over 2 years. Fire alarms go off 2-5 times a week because of water damage that plagues the building. The damage that's caused is not quickly fixed and remain untouched for months on end

Work orders get done very quickly and the staff respects boundaries with phone calls before entering and do their best to accommodate your schedule

Amenities are nice, gym is well kept. The only struggle I have is office communication when large maintenance is needed. However overall good experience

Leasing team and maintenance seems great. Fire alarm for 11 hours was unacceptable and security should be a little tighter. There has been vandalism and u housed people in the building

Great location for unbeatable price! I love my apartment it’s big for a 1 bedroom. I fit my king sized bed with plenty of room left. Washer and dryer in unit is a luxury. The complex providers great social opportunities every month. Many restaurants, businesses, parks, and shops all walking distance.

It’s fine. A little overpriced and the amenities aren’t quite what they seem but it’s fine. Nice walkability and the staff are personable, knowledgeable, and helpful.

Very nice community with endless things to do and places to go and see within walking distance. Easy access to public transportation and lots of parking available.

Just moved in. It’s ok so far. Good and bad things. Good location. A security door is broken and it’s been like that for over 2 weeks and yes I told staff. Not great about returning emails. Very friendly staff.

Has been the worst place I have ever lived in my whole 24 years of renting. It has been so bad that I even gave up on caring about paying rent. All due to me reporting tenant @ 4606 dogs running constantly through Apartment Day and night and her continual purposeful stomping around on floor. She has lied to Front Range Security about me doing or selling drugs IDK. They constantly listen to my private space either by way of her apartment or communal hallway. I would always here someone at my door so I installed a door camera.Called FR Security in which no response. I have to have TV loud and bathroom exhaust on so I can sleep during the day and not listen to the rude and somewhat evil tenant upstairs. I took pictures of Front Range personal following me and watching my apartment from places in town and across the street at Safeway. They sit on various street routes and when I pass by they wait about 8-10 car lengths and then proceed to follow me around town to work Dr Appt and more!

New apartment is going well so far. There’s definitely disconnect within the office though of the process in which transferring units should be done. A friend transferred around same time I did and her process was much simpler

My experience been great here. The staff have been keeping update on everything as far as moving process. The service here been pleasant and sweet

Building is situated into a perfect place in Denver walkable to a lot of things downtown and also walkable to Colfax for concerts, etc. rent is very reasonable in this building

The apartment I applied for and was approved to begin my lease on wasn’t ready on my lease start date and wouldn’t be available until a few days later, when I was meant to move in. I had just moved to Denver from across the country, and my car had been totaled a few weeks prior, so I had to rent a car and book a hotel to move my things out of my temporary apartment. I also had to reschedule my movers, which added more stress and expenses. Someone in the leasing office verbally said I could be reimbursed for these costs. When I finally moved in, the master bathroom sink needed replacing, a hinge wasn’t screwed in, and other small issues made the apartment not move-in ready. The maintenance team quickly fixed these, but the leasing team has been dodging my emails and in-person requests for reimbursement for over a month. After moving nearly every year for 10 years, this has been the most stressful move of my life.

Fire alarms are 2-3 times a week with no explanation. Not sure if it’s faulty/old systems or something else. Good area, decent price for rent.

I love my apartment at Uptown Square! I have a renovated unit, so I get a ton of light with even though I only have a door to the balcony, and no real windows. The neighborhood is great! I have really enjoyed the apartment events that are held monthly. That’s where I have met most all of my neighbors, who I can now call my friends! I have lived in several apartments that have held a community event, which were so lame in comparison to the events we are offered here at Uptown Square. It truly is a community, not just an apartment complex.

A very enjoyable place to reside. Nice people and a great location. Walking distance to an endless number of restaurants, bars, venues and events.
