Property Ratings at Urban 19
I've renewed my lease this year only because i started a new job in the area BUT I DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE STAYING HERE NEXT YEAR! you come home from a long day of work to NO HOT WATER almost once a month without any notice to you about this. I haven't had an air filter since i moved in and when i go to ask for one they are always out and saying they are going to order some. Rent goes up $100 but it's not worth it when you are maintenancing it yourself. They don't fix anything that tenants request
This property is excellent and location because there are multiple stores around you. Other reasons are because the environment is very friendly the pool area is so lovely. The apartments are spacious and I can basically walk to McDonald’s and Popeyes to go and get something to eat. I love the fact that the community sticks together, the Neighbors watch out for pedestrians and the children when on the sidewalk. The front office staff is a very nice and professional Women. They are always courteous and genuine to anyone who lives in their complex. I’d recommend more people move here. I love it!
Property Manager at Urban 19, Responded To This Review
Thank you for making Urban 19 your home. We feel the same way about our community. We strive to give everyone a great customer service experience. We are happy that you enjoy it here!
I came back home from a business trip only to see that my door was kicked open and house was tore up a couple things were took and went to try and talk with the manager and she asked for a police report which I had but was very inconsiderate of the situation all she said was “we never had any break ins” which was false because I seen some other apartment doors that was kicked in the same way and not to mention other problems they need security no cap because it’s random heads walking all day and night schemings on people’s hard working valuables. So now I have to take matters into my own hands just to ride this year out until I move.! Don’t move here please don’t if you value your things or let’s say like nice things don’t love here they don’t care !!!!
Theses apartments are lacking in cleanliness, management, and staff. They are rude and just money hungry. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
The rent is not worth paying. NO HOT WATER!!!!!! Children go unsupervised and they break windows! There is no grass so every time it rains, its so muddy and disgusting to walk in. Roaches is a bad problem also! Laundromats never working! There is barely any parking! They have added more reserved parking so residents would have to pay to park! I wish someone gave me the 411 before I moved here. The gates for entry always breaking so anyone can get in! They have had many drive-by shootings because of it!
