Property Ratings at Urban Edge
Unresponsive and uncaring management. Beautiful property that is run by a company that could care less about creating a community.

Management is a nightmare. They raised prices in the middle of a lease and are constantly rude and impossible to interact with. What a total nightmare. Supposedly the previous owners in 2019 were respectful and trustworthy, but not anymore. Don't get tricked and stuck fighting in the courts.

We are sorry you feel this way, however, we do not raise rent mid-lease; that is a false statement. Please contact us to discuss your concerns, we are happy to assist you in any way we can!
When I first moved in here in 2020 it was great. Rentable golf carts, gated entrance, maintained dog park, very nice staff. The past year has been awful. Removed the gates, golf carts, garden beds, and half of the dog waste bins. This is no longer “luxury” apartments just normal apartments at best but still raise prices despite less add ons. Bees are always an issue in the summer along with mosquitos. Constant inspections with 8am-5pm times so not convenient for anyone who doesn’t work a 9-5 job. Used to be a great place to live but now normal at best.
This place is not the same as it was. The location is good but the management is terrible. You are not allowed lights on your deck or patio; doesn’t follow rules like no pit bulls and then dogs get attacked at the dog park. Removed the gates so there are always people cutting through to Sunny Lane...it’s not safe with people speeding through. Remove everything from your patio because we are power washing and then never show up. You pay a pet fee but then they removed 1/2 of the pet waste cans. Your rent gets raised every year. I would definitely look elsewhere if you can.

Thank you for your review. Many of the items you listed are not necessarily true,(patio lights are allowed, some animals that were here before purchase are permitted through their lease term etc.) but we appreciate you letting us know of your concerns. If you would like to further discuss the details of your statements, we'd be happy to talk to you! Please contact us at 920-883-9219
The apartments themselves are great. The location is perfect - close to a lot of shopping but still secluded. Rooms are spacious and beautiful, plus each apartment is unique which adds a little extra personality. My only complaint about the apartments themselves is there is no AC in the bedrooms, so it gets very hot in the summer. The downside is Lexington has completely ruined the fun, friendly atmosphere. They got rid of everything that made the property special - Golf carts, gardens, dog park shed, outdoor water supply - in an attempt to turn it into one of their many other cookie-cutter apartment complexes. A lot of tenants either have already left or are in the process of leaving because of this as well as the extremely strict, fun-sucking rules (No lights on the balconies? Why???). My point here is if you've heard great things about this complex from former tenants, take that praise with a grain of salt. Things have changed a lot and, while the buildings themselves are still as nice as ever, the friendly neighborhood atmosphere is no longer there.

We're sorry you feel that way, but thanks for sharing your perspective with us!
Was a recent tenant for 2 years. These apartments are great! The staff and management are very approachable and alway communicate to their tenants. They treat the tenants as a community instead of a business. If you have a pet or are looking for something very convenient in terms of distance to stores and activities, this is the place for you. Upon move out they were more than fair with their assessment of the shape of the apartment for the security deposit return. Would highly recommend to check out these gems if you have the chance. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars!
This place is so amazing. The apartments are well kept and super clean and so beautiful. The staff is so wonderful and kind and caring. This was my first time living on my own and moving out by myself, I am not from Wisconsin so I was a little scared..they made my experience so great! Before I moved in Janel actually told me all the cool stuff to do around the area! She made it so easy for me in regards to all the paperwork and how everything works. You can literally walk to the grocery and the surrounding stores that make for great shopping. There are not one but TWO dog parks you can bring your dogs to. These apartments are minutes away from the expressway and really great walking trails. It is beautiful country living with all the city amenities. The urban edge staff actually takes the time to really make this place a community..not just an apartment complex. I have made many friends here and was finally able to get a puppy since they allow pets! The maintenance team is awesome..they fix everything so quickly and never make me feel bad about all my questions etc. I feel very safe living here and have made many great friends here including the staff. I feel very lucky to be a part of this community.
Beautiful apartments!! Management team is awesome-there is always someone working on the property keeping it up to date and nice looking no matter the season. Great living amenities and we love it for our dog. We have been here a little over a year and we love it!

I lived in these apartments for two years when I was new to the area. I have read the other reviews and while I can sympathize with what some are saying, it was not my experience. True there is construction going on with more units being built, but there is construction going on all over Green Bay. It did not bother me and I lived across from it. The crews were polite and friendly, worked hard and tried to be respectful to others. My dog tended to bark at them once in a while but wasn't afraid of it. As to the dog park, it is large and shaded and grassy area. It's nice for larger dogs as there is plenty of room to play and run and chase balls. The dog park at Bark N Brew is also nice as an option but it does have the road there and to some dogs that is a distraction [a means to chase cars]. I personally liked the dog park that was isolated as it was quieter without car traffic and I saw people come and go late at night. There are streets around the apartment complex that are residential and quiet and fine to take the dogs for long walks. The apartment itself was spacious, airy, with high ceilings and nice appointments. i had moved from a large home to the apartments and didn't find the adjustment taking as long as I thought I would. The spiders can be a problem but for the most part, when you live in an area where there are wetlands and fields and woodlands, they go with the territory as do mosquitoes, and deer and frogs and geese and all the little critters that inhabit those areas. To me its a decision where you weigh what Urban Edge offers you in terms of the natural beauty of the region [greenery, nature, etc], the convenience of having a shopping center and services close by, and a two story complex that is designed more like condo living than apartment living with attached garages. Management was kind and helpful and the community itself is just that: a friendly community where you can have your privacy or create a social life there if you wish. It's a nice place to call home. You just need to read all reviews and decide what is important to you.
I lived in these apartments for a year, because I was newer to the area and had pets. It was a nice place, and I'm glad I had somewhere safe to live while getting to know the area. However, on a whole, I felt that the place was lacking for being a "luxury" apartment. First, they says it's gated, but that's only partially true. Anyone can access off the side road where one gate is completely missing, despite being shown on the map. Initially, it seemed like a manageable-sized community.. but they have continued to build and build and it has become overcrowded. Also, if you're not familiar with the area, you might not realize that there is a trap shooting place right off of 41 and lineville, so sadly a lot of time listening to gun shots - with my dog cowering and shaking...and that was with windows and doors closed. Garbages are located behind the businesses (bowling alley/Shopko), so be prepared to drive your garbage. They also took away the apartment dog park that's so nicely lit next to the strip of businesses (though never updated their website to reflect). They did that when they converted The Bar into the Bark and Brew. The new dog park they made for us is much more secluded, more muddy, and I did not feel comfortable taking my dog there alone at night or early in the morning before work when it was dark. Also, when they first switched the locations on us, we had to walk through a construction nightmare to get to it (unless wanting to drive)... dangerous for the dogs (because there was occasional construction hazards - nails, metal pieces)... plus loud and scary to walk through for animals. Not happy with that change at all. Golf carts are nice for a quick zip over to Festival, but often full of spiders. And you have to have them back in the corral by 10pm, so don't plan to stay out late. Also, beware... the water in Suamico is less than stellar. Be sure to bring a filter. However, these are modern & have nice finishes. It's also a nice area (except for the trap shooting thing). Other tenants are friendly and generally so was staff. But, these are pretty expensive for what you get. Buying is definitely cheaper for something comparable, without all of the neighbors. None-the-less, it was a good transitional place for me. Just feeling very relieved to be out now.
Your website is great. I really like these apartments and very anxious for the next buildings to near completion and take a tour. I am still considering moving into one. I think the location is absolutely perfect.
