I called multiple times, left multiple voicemails. After week’s finally set up an appointment to see the place. I get there and no one is in office, no one answered the phone, no one ever got back with me.AND I HAD AN APPOINTMENT. if they treat possible tenants this way I can imagine how they treat the people who are stuck in a lease.
I moved into golfers way, and in a matter of time their were bed bugs crawling around. I notified management, and they had Steri-clean come out and spray the unit, The technician stated that he could not find any bed bugs or an infestation ! I only had one chair, and couch in the unit, and slept on a mattress on the floor. and the following day I still noticed bed bugs coming from somewhere around the kitchen cabinet. I notified Ross Management group employees who manage the building and was told what the technician stated, but I had evidence, took pictures, and video, and was scheduled for another treatment by Steri-clean who came out and sprayed again to no avail. I notified management and recommended that they use another vendor who specializes in bed bug Extermination Extreme heat treatment which would kill the insect's and their eggs because Ster-clean is not getting the job done, to which management stated we have been using Steri-clean for years their good business..? Why would a management company continue to use, and pay a pest extermination company that repeatedly does not get the job done? The unit was eventually infested with bed bug, and their babies crawling around, and coming from the cracks in the wall...! Do not move into Golfers way unless you want your place, and belongings to be Bed bug infested.. Enter, and sign a lease @ your own risk The management company sucks, " Ross management company" is beyond unprofessional. Oh yeah I forgot to mention the building has twenty four hour access ! the front, and side door's are never locked... Beware....!
