Top star quality place!

Just moved back from Italy and the leasing office staff were so helpful with my transition and settling down. Everything brand new and top notch! Happy to call this place home! Totally has my recommendation

The best property in all of California

Please listen to me when I tell you that Urbana is everything I’ve looked for in an apartment! I’m talking the best in all of San Diego. The staff has been AMAZING and made my move in a smooth transition. I could write a book about how awesome the experience has been from the apartment to the amenities to the entire stuff including the phenomenal maintenance team. Maria is so caring and helpful and I’m so thankful for her. Precious, Hector, and his wife you all are amazing.

Love it!

I can't say enough good things about Urbana. The apartments are beautiful, and more importantly, the management are professional and incredibly helpful. So far I've really enjoyed my time living here. No complaints.

WHAT YOU SEE IS TRULY WHAT YOU GET!!!

Most properties hype up their websites to lure you in and waste your time on searching for what is right for you. Urbana delivered on what they displayed on their website and in a way seemingly downplayed how excellent Urbana is. To top it off the Leasing office is amazing. Urbana has invigorated the apartment living experience and set the standard for what is to come.

We’re lucky to call this place Home

Everything about Urbana has been perfect for us! We are so comfortable in our unit and love spending time in the community areas. Our dog, Bella, is also having a wonderful time... there’s plenty of grassy areas around the neighborhood for her to explore during her walks.
