This was the first apartment I lived in when moving to Phoenix, and it was pretty seamless. There were a few issues when first moving in with spiders and water temperature, but they were quick to address and no other problems existed. Management was fairly quick and responsive to any community or apartment issues. Would recommend if the place is within your budget as it is a little pricey for the square footage.

The location is amazingly close to the freeway. I have lived here for 2 years in a studio. According to their website, the base rent I have been paying is more similar to a 2 bedroom apartment than a studio. I know there has been a recent inflation in prices, but they should at least update their website. In other words, they weren't transparent in terms of other monthly fees besides the base rent. I have gotten used to the noisy neighbors and pet owners that do not clean up after their pets. If you need something done, you have to ask/remind them more than 3 times, but any slight infraction on your side, they are quick to charge you extra fees. TL:DR not good, not bad, just mediocre.

If i could leave zero stars i would. My neighbors have been noisy since i moved in 9 months ago. I’ve sent emails to management just to be ignored. By noisy i mean endless hours of blasting music overnight. One night i called their security company 3 times because of the music volume after midnight, and nothing happens. It’s sad they’d rather lose a good tenant then deal with the problem ones. I can’t move out soon enough!!!!!
The security gate is usually always open, the code to get in is easy to guess, I frequently hear gunshots coming from Indian School or Camelback and there is an infestation of ants that live in the cracks in front of the doors to get into the apartment. I'm not able to leave my cat's food on the ground with waking up to a bowl of ants. Management is Unresponsive to fixing issues and is misleading in their communication. Rude responses from everyone involved in the management of the property. Don't waste your time here. You get a box and no comfortable access to the outside. No jacuzzi. The pool has tenants living all around it and feels awkward . The fitness center is small. And it's not worth what they're charging. Consider all other options before applying here or regret your choice to live here like I do.
Management is unhelpful. They don’t ever answer phone calls, never at their office. Security is horrible! Anyone can go in because 90% of the year the gate doesn’t work.

We have transitioned to a new security company, that is much more efficient and helpful for our community. We do occassionally have some issues with the gate, however we do ensure prompt repairs of it, and typically have the vendor out in less than 24 hours, and often the same business day, to make sure it is back in working order. We’d appreciate another chance to improve upon our communication with you by speaking in person. If you’re willing to try again, we invite you to stop by the office so we may have an opportunity to talk through your concerns.
It's cool, the apt is appropriate size and it's convenient to my work. Price is moderately fair.

Everything is great with the building just hate the parking situation! Residents allow guests to park inside all times of day which causes there to be no abilable parking!
