Urbana has first class neighborhood. They uphold the rules and act fast for any issues/concerns on property. All staff is friendly and the events are very thoughtfull and tastefull thinking of adults and kids when planning.

I love it here! I love the view that I have of the greenery, the hot tub, the amenities that they have, the area is quiet, and the people who work here are very responsive and attentive. We moved from across the country, and it could not have chosen a better place to live! All of the restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping is nearby, and I absolutely love it!

Urbana is a first rate apartment complex. Ever detail of property and its occupants are cared for and up keep is always managed with care.

I have lived here for a number of years and really can’t imagine living anyplace else. Love the area, staff and the location.

Living here has been really nice but recently I’ve had complaints. My dishwasher has been collecting mold every time I turn on the head dry the dishes are all wet. I’ve called maintenance and all they’ve done us put bleach and ive changed the soap and everything but it keeps happening. What are they supposed to do, they cant just keep adding bleach. There’s someone on my flood that I know is always getting high and smoking weed and jt is the most fowl smell I’ve smelled in the building. I’ve made complaints and have called but it’s like everything is falling on dead ears. It doesnt take a rocket scientist to go up stairs, walk down a hall and smell the horrible smell. You aren’t supposed to smoke on property so why not just go somewhere else.

I have lived here since this building was added No complaints from me. It’s a quiet pleasant Place to live.

The maintenance staff is very professional and efficient.

We have been tenants since 2019. Our experience here at Urbana has been great. Community is clean, units are up to date, maintenance crew is quick to respond & leasing staff very friendly.

It is a very well managed apartment complex. Residential events are excellent. The service is great, and work orders are completed within 24 hours. Lots of cool Amenities inside the complex and the swimming pool is very clean. It's a great place to live and I would recommend it to everyone.

Urbana is reasonably priced, has an excellent staff who are all ears to help resolve any issues, great amenities within the community, smart security, plush and modern apartments with good appliances, nice hard floors, serene neighbourhood, excellent maintenance. The courtyard roof garden, office space, coffee lounge, yoga studio and gym are the toppings to this excellent community.

Urbana is great. Love the area, friendly office staff and friendly neighbors. Living here is never a disappointment. You live centralized close to all your needs.

Excellent apartment home. I feel safe in the hallways, in the garage, love the game room and coffee shop. My church group rented the club house and love it. I would love to have the pool equipment in the game room. The pool is beautiful and hot tub is perfect. I love the landscaping in front and in the courtyard. The parking lot is always clean. I have lived here 3 1/2 yrs and loved it. I am 89 yrs old and plan to be here as long as i can live alone. My Daughter lives about 15 minutes from me so Im here to stay. Love this place.

For the past year and a half as a resident, we have nothing but great things to say about Urbana's team. For every request or concern, they are always available and take care the issue right way.

I moved in just about a month ago a could not be any happier with my decision. The community is clean, the location is amazing and the best part is I feel safe where I live. The staff has been great at each step of the way.

Office team is very friendly and always willing to help with anything. Maintenance staff is knowledgeable and excellent customer service. Definitely would recommend Urbana to anyone who is interested.

We truly love living here. Errick and his team manage Urbana with such mindful care, from notices warning us of disruptions several weeks in advance, to communications about happenings in the community that affect the residents. They also keep the property in excellent shape. The buildings and the grounds welcome us like we're coming home to a very well-maintained resort property with interior corridors and thoughtfully-designed buildings (all 3 of which have in-building parking garages BTW). Errick, Cindy, Ishaam, and Suly are all very approachable and respond to texts and email very quickly, and always treat their residents with respect and professionalism. The rest of the staff also do their jobs so wonderfully well. The common areas and amenities are always clean and in good working order. There really isn't a downside to living here, except for the hard water (which ends up on the bathroom fixtures, dishes, and even film on our skin), but I imagine such water hardness is on par with the Hunter's Creek's water quality, so there really isn't anything management can do about it.

I recently moved to Urbana and could not be happier with my decision. The property is beautiful and the location is so convenient. The leasing staff is exceptional, especially Cindy! She has made my move such an effortless task. Thank you, again!

Urbana Luxury Apartments at Hunters Creek provides an excellent life style surrounded by everything and has everything, with professional and helpful office staff, beautiful amenities and surroundings! I decided to call it my home!
