Property Ratings at URBANLUX HOLLYWOOD PREMIUM
Don't be fooled by the attraction of the zip code and living right off Sunset blvd. It's actually a pretty sketchy area. I've been living here for almost 2 years and have had to deal with crazy transients getting into the building & loitering, people on drugs walking down your streets all the time, don't bother walking around after 2 a.m. I've heard from neighboring buildings that their managers are as just as bad as mine. My advice, stay away from this block move a few more blocks west past Poinsettia. It get's a little cleaner.
