Office staff are incredibly rude, you’ll be charged for all kinds of mystery fees when you move out, the apartments aren’t cleaned before you move in even though they charge everyone a $350 cleaning fee upon move out. There are constantly people on the property who don’t live here. There’s trash and dog poop everywhere. And prices have gone up insane amounts! Terrible experience!! I wouldn’t recommend living here to anyone!!

I love this apartment community! The staff is fabulous. They're professional, friendly, and the maintenance always comes and fixes things in a timely manner. I never hear my neighbors. Everyone around me seems really nice. The amenities are excellent, the dog park is great! The dog wash is the best. This place is heaven. I'm never leaving!
The office Staff is unhelpful and extremely rude. Triple check your lease if you choose to move here (which I do not recommend)they messed up ours 3 times. The neighborhood is not safe as there were multiple packages stolen and cars broken into over the 2 years we lived there. Maintenance is extremely hard to get ahold of and if you can get them to come fix the problem they do it incorrectly.
The apartments are nice and the grounds are well kept. The staff is always willing to help

This is a very dishonest apartment community from top to bottom. The sin of ambition rules the roost here. My move is around the corner, thank God. Maintaince Chemicals without flags every time, so if you have children or pets you will not know when,what, or where exposures happen with the neurotoxins drenched in this apartment community. It's not uncommon for a dog to go sick here for no reason or tenants to be even sprayed. When cutting the lawn they point the mower into my patio so I have to cleanup after them. Outside property care starts before 9 all summer long. I work nights so I know because I get about3 hours of sleep before staff or outsourced employees wake me up. They are outside the samebuildings three days in a row instead of limiting the disturbances to only one part of the day, starting as promised, after 9. Pool chemicals can be off and hottubjet was broke for about a year. The apartments here would not be worth it if they even slashed the prices in half. Run! The other reviews were probaly them lying. They are always threatening to tow cars without parking permitsor up to date tags,but there own staff drives into lot with texas plates for the entire year. Black mold in bathrooms before move in. But they charge you for not taking care of it...gym is very cold and they are so cheap here they have a device in the bathroom at the gym and office that only allows you to wipe yourself with one toilet sheet at a time. You have to rip the paper apart to get enough to clean yourself. Awful dishonest unpleasent cut throat place to live
I love living here! It is such a peaceful community & beautiful scenery. The grounds always look amazing and staff is very friendly. Maintenance is prompt with every work order and I have really quiet neighbors. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Place is awful. Snobby employees, no parking(even though they claim to be working on it.....for the last few years.), sometimes no garages available, they make promises they can't keep(such as improving their gym, etc.), it takes constant harassing to get them fix any problems in the apartment(it seriously took a year and a half for them to fix a bathroom fan). To be honest, I could go on and on but i thought a brief description would be fine. :)

They will nickel and dime you on your deposit when you move out. You will never clean your apt well enough to avoid a cleaning fee. Beware
I have lived here for 2 years and love it. Quiet and secluded by trees and an awesome recreation center and beautiful pool. Rent is increasing which is the only downside.
Great attention when repairs are needed. Most new renters move into renovated units with stainless steel appliances that are very nice. If you rent an apartment you will hear your neighbors walking above you or talking next to you in their apartment. Staff is very helpful and have a great common area with outdoor pool, jacuzzi and new exercise room. Also have wifi and computer usage in the main office for residents. My opinion is slightly expensive now do to housing shortage in area, but overall a great choice while looking for something more permanent.
