es el peor lugar para mudarte, roban carros, mi carro le partieron un vidrio en el leasing no hacen nada para mejorar eso, te quieren multar sin avisarte previamente que estás incumpliendo el contrato. La basura está regada siempre en el container, han habido varios robos de autos en la propiedad y los del leasing no hacen nada para mejorar esa situación, no hay cámaras y cuando necesitas que te soluciones algo dentro de tu apartamento se tardan demasiado Unas groseras las mujeres del leasing de verdad que mal este lugar para vivir. No lo recomiendo.
The apartments are great; I love my floorplan, I love the layout, I love the community, I love the staff..but. There's no noise clause in this lease and you're not penalized no matter how much noise is made. I had to renew my lease because I was told I'd have to pay $700 plus the $200 rent increase in order to move to a SMALLER unit on the third floor because the floors are so thin that the person above me's every move wakes me up and I work overnight. So I can NEVER sleep in the day. I spoke to the wonderful staff about the issue and they did nothing. They didn't tell me prior to my lease ending that I'd have to pay $2100 that month in order to be on the 3rd floor. I've attempted contacting the corporate office and no one has reached out to me. So here I am, going into my 2nd year of this lease because to do anything else would've been a greater inconvenience. It's also irritating when pool rules are emailed to you and you observe people drinking glass bottles at the pool at 2AM on a weekday like nobody around the pool has to sleep. Aside from the cons, great place to live. Signed, Sleep Deprived.
When I moved into these apartments, I felt like I'd found something good. The first month's rent was half off, the internet and cable came with the apartment. BUT the tenant above me and below me are entirely too noisy. I've complained on the lady above me since I moved here in April. It is now November. She hasn't been reprimanded (there's no clause for complaints in the lease), she's only constantly been "talked to". According to my mail, there have been MANY tenants that have inhabited this unit and according to the tenant herself (we've had a few run-ins) and the leasing office, she's been here 4 years with consistent complaints. The leasing office said they'd accomodate me but there are no units available..and I haven't to seek answers each and everytime. Nobody ever gets back to me as they don't answer the phones in the leasing office either. I've called and emailed the corporate office and NO ONE has EVER gotten back to me. My lease is 18 months so now I'm stuck here for 12 more months while the lady upstairs runs relays on the thin floor above me and spanish music plays from below. The community is nice and the clean and I love my unit but everything surrounding the experiences has made it PURE HELL and I'd never recommend anyone stay here simply because of how thin the floors are and how your concerns are truly handled. There's no way a person should be allowed to live anywhere for 4 years while racking up complaints.
This complex has gone from bad to worse. No one adheres to trash pick up rules, the hallways constantly smell cos smelly trash sits for days waiting to be picked up. It's embarrassing to have guests. Loud neighbors, pool is constantly out of order, dog poop everywhere, parking is limited, area feels unsafe etc. I don't plan on renewing my lease.
we were searching for an apartment & i suddenly remembered that i used to live here & i recalled how nice of an apartment & what a great environment it was. they were usually quick in getting back to me & ashley was always so nice on the phone & even in person when we went to go & tour the unit. i’m happy to say we were able to lease & rent the apartment. i’m going to make sure to come back & keep the review up to date but so far, so great!
Vail Village is a community that you definitely need to think twice about before moving into. Residents sign addendums but the management makes no effort to enforce them. They have valet trash which residents don't abide by the pick up hours so trash sits outside residents doors, the trash smells/leaks. There is dog pooh everywhere, residents don't pick up after their pets. The parking for visitors is very limited and even though they have reserved parking because the visitor parking is so limited, visitors park in the reserved spaces. When you renew your lease, the rent increase are substantial. Seems to be a lot of turnover in the management office and they tell you one thing then do another. Not a good place to live.

Yes, the upgrades are nice, the maintenance team is great and the valet trash is convenient. I just wouldn't recommend it b/c of the noise level. The environment reminds me of a college campus. Its great for young adults who are looking for their first apartment, but not for those trying to raise a family or if you have to wake up early for work. To give an example, the walls are so thin that you can here when your neighbor shuts their cabinet doors and the floors creek above my bedroom when my upstairs neighbor walks around at 6am. If you have a neighbor that likes to play loud music or if someone is having a late night pool party it's also a guarantee that you're not going to get any sleep.

Staff is nice and friendly. Quiet area. No major problems except the A/C had to be fixed a couple of times during the summer but maintenance responded very quickly. Everything is well maintained, there's valet trash and it's dog friendly. Great place.

My apartment, at just 694 sq. feet has the feel of luxury without the cost. Granite countertops with a granite mosaic backsplash in the kitchen makes a stylish yet sophisticated appeal. Hardwood flooring throughout the aparment helps with my allergies and cleaning is a breeze. The pool area has been recently renovated and is perfect this time of year.

Vail Village Apartments have been updated in the past couple of years. The pool area is spectacular. The hardwood floors are spectacular. The sprinklers going off from 6am - 8am MWF is less than spectacular when you have to walk that path to get to your car or if you walk your dog in the morning. But overall, safe and quiet place to live.
