I lived here for 2 yrs. When I first moved in everything seem perfect as I was in a brand new renovated discounted unit, which was a steal for me having my first apartment as a young adult. Weeks went by and I was walked in on while in my robe by an employee showing 2 others units. Her excuse was it showed in the system as vacant. Any time I had questions or concerns for months no one would answer the phone nor respond to emails it felt like they contact information was fake at this point. I finally transferred to a bigger unit. This unit did not have a door bell, it was just wires sticking out the wall, one of tights flickered and another one started to flicker while the one before completely went out, the sink was rigged with wood and caved in as my bf was washing dishes, which is how noticed the wood. We had to wait weeks for a washer that come in all units. I even had trouble moving out because they lost my 60 day notice and was going to charge me an extra month. We finally moved out and I came back to get a few item I left behind and the locks where changed and item where thrown out. I would expect that they call residents asking when will they be out, do you need more time , or atleast ask when will we return key. They even put a door bell up but told us there was nothing they could do about it when we asked for one. I would not move to this property if I were you because most important when you have an issue or concerns they take that personal and treat you accordingly
The apartments are high end. The appliances are very nice. The staff is super friendly and responsive, Ashley and Chelsea have always been incredibly helpful and welcoming. There is an adorable pond and geese and ducks which is great for children. Great upkeep outdoors. Hardest part of living here is knowing we have to leave.
I love it here the staff is very nice And the community is beautiful. We've been here for 3 years and would recommend it to anyone.

We came back to Valley Farms Apartments for the second time after working on the road for several years. We also chose to come back as we have family that lives in the neighboring subdivision, shopping, and other amenities nearby so we don't have to travel forever and day in heavy traffic to get errands done.
We had to show ourselves into the apartment because of Covid. We signed the paper and they left the keys on the counter. Anytime there is a problem, it takes multiple calls and messages before anything is addressed. The management doesn't tell you that you will be charged for garbage pickup whether you use it or not. We live right by the dumpster but are charged regardless. Garbage bags sit in the walkways for hours and on weekends, for days. Dumpster piles up with garbage and furniture which is at the entrance to the apartments. Large holes in the property have went unfilled for a year. The office manager is as rude as she can possibly be. When 2 of our packages have turned up missing after the postman left them there, she refused to talk to me about them. She would only speak to my husband because she claim I was living here illegally. Little did I know they didn't include my name on the lease when we came to tour the apartment, sign & pay for it.
When concerns are shared, the Valley Farms Community Staff act quickly.
We enjoy the view of the lake and the ducks and geese.
Great community, great living place, nothing can compare. If you are lucky to have good neighbors all around then youd never want to leave.

I am appreciative of the professionalism from the office staff and maintenance team. The upkeep of the property is exceptional, the grass is always cut, trash taken out, even cosmetic work on the apartments, my family and I really appreciate it and glad that we chose Valley Farms to call home.
Office staff have horrible attitudes, many of my signed for packages I havent received or they came up missing , maintenance hasnt been tended to havent had hot water In 3 months , yet I get emails about rent and they make sure they ask rent to be paid , car keeps getting broken into, just a lot

Do not believe in these prices that are read here. When you go to the office they are higher prices. I'm really mad. lie
the new apartments are nice, but very small and very expensive. the old apartments are bigger, and uglier hahah. everything there is very expensive, plus the utilities. So, you pay more than a thousand dollars a month between rent and utilities. for that price you can find a better apartment in a better place. Sorry but it’s your reality.

For those looking for an apartment I would recommend but it is hard for many due to the pricing. Rent or purchasing a home is much cheaper.
The walls are pretty thin and our downstairs neighbors constantly complain about us "walking too loud" but other than that, it's an apartment that has nice features.
For most part has been a nice place to live . Employees have always been respectful and helpful. I think there needs to be more of a presence on the grounds, we have several kids that run the breezeways with no parental supervision at all.
The price for the location is high. I haven't had any issues. The property is kept clean and I haven't had any issue with the neighbors. Everyone seem to be great and respectful.
I would recommend this community. My unit is quite. Never have I had any complaints on my neighbors. The grounds are maintained.

This area looks pretty shady but this place is a kind of oasis. It feels secure and is well kept.
This is the best apartment I have lived in. I love the layout, the amazing staff, the price and the location. Not to mention the apartments are brand new. I would recommend these apartments to anyone. A Great place to call home. I truly have nothing negative to say.
