Family run liquor store right out front, 2 popular Mexican restaurants right out front. 1-2 bedroom apartments with bathroom, living room, kitchen with refrigerator and stove. Maintenance guy available 2-3 days a week, 1 parking per unit, no smoking on property, no cats or dogs allowed, birds and small cage animals ok. Mostly families living here, overall great place to live.
