It has been 10 months since I decided to move to Valley Ridge. I first toured other apartments in the area, but they didn’t offer the same amenities as Valley Ridge at a reasonable rate. My daughter loves the complex and she feels very safe here. My neighbors are great and it is quiet, which is especially good since I work from home. The room sizes are generous and I’m able to have my workspace in the back of the living room because the room is large enough to accommodate both. The landscaping is well maintained and the maintenance crew is here every Monday morning. The two laundry rooms are modern and I installed a phone app to use the machines. Plastic cards are also available for anyone that doesn’t want to use a phone app. The zig-zag design of the buildings greatly reduces any sound coming from neighbors that share the same wall. The neighborhood outside of the complex is a great place to walk and there are a few parks nearby. One of my favorite aspects of the location is how close it is to the restaurants in Pleasant HIll and Concord. Our Community Manager, Chris, is very professional, friendly, proactive and organized. The Maintenance Technician, Luis, is very responsive and prompt. I have only submitted one minor maintenance request and Luis fixed it quickly the next day. I also like the online Resident Portal, which makes scheduling payments a breeze. Overall, I am very happy living at the Valley Ridge Apartment Homes. If you are interested in seeing for yourself, I would encourage you to schedule a tour. I know that you will be glad that you did! - Thank you

The Valley Ridge apartment community has consistently exceeded my expectations since I moved here six months ago. I'm impressed with both the complex manager, Chris, and his maintenance technician Luis. Both of them have proven to be friendly, professional, and attentive to any issue that arises. The complex also has beautiful landscaping that is regularly maintained by a few teams to deal with the lawns, trees, etc. Lastly but not least, my neighbors and the other residents I've met around the complex are respectful and a pleasure to have nearby.

The second best thing about Valley Ridge is how incredibly quiet it is - and the reason it is so quiet is because of the best thing about VR: the way the buildings were designed. Instead of being constructed in a straight row - which would have resulted in all of the apartments sharing multiple walls - the buildings were designed in a zig-zag pattern, resulting in most of the apartments not even sharing one entire wall. This is something most folks might overlook, but it is a major factor in the serenity of the complex. Additionally, the grounds are always lush and well kept, repairs are done quickly and rent increases (during the 4+ years I have been here) have been minimal. It is highly unlikely I will be leaving any time soon. Thanks!

We have lived at Valley Ridge for 7 yrs. Its a beautiful community. Great pool and barbaque area. A quiet friendly safe environment. Welcoming to all children elderly and pets. Our manager Chris and our maintenance man Louis are always available to help in any way they can. We are glad we made our home here.
