Lots of problems, little warning

This place was great before, however since the new apartment managers took over have unfortunately let the apartments get worse over time. At least one per month you will have some sort of water issue. From having no water at all to no hot water, or even only having hot water that will burn your hands. There have been little to no 24hr warnings of any issues or maintenance being done. The most recent (May, 18, 2020) there was no hot water for over 24 hrs. With no call or even a text saying there's no hot water the plumber has been called and will be here tomorrow. One thin that you will notice is that the Apartment managers will either hide from you if you look for them. On multiple times they have pretended to not be home or answer the door when you just made eye contact through the window. But if they need something from (rent/contact info) you they will sit and wait at the front door and wait for you to come home. One of the worst decisions from them was when they cut down all the trees that would block out the shade during the summers, which was one of the main reasons I moved in before they took over. There are other issues that come up or wont ever get addressed. Like the spiderwebs all over the railings or how the washing machines will flood one of the laundromats. How smells either of food or some will seep in through the walls vents. I dont blame them as much as the people who hired them. It's clear that they are new to the job. Especially with them having new born months after taking over. It's clear that they have gotten way over their heads.
