DONT LET BAD REVIEWS TURN YOU AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. We love it here. We have lived in this apartment complex for 2 years and have really enjoyed it. (2021-2023) We have the 3 bedroom 2.5 bath layout so we do have a washer and dryer hook up. This place is definitely older so it doesn’t have the fanciest amenities but it is such a good price for the sq footage. Being that we are young adults and this was our first time moving into an apartment we were worried about getting trapped in a bad apartment and were so thankful to find this place. The staff here is amazing. They are so kind and truly look out for your best interest. The maintenance man Luis is AWESOME! He is always super quick and efficient and never puts off coming to look at something if it’s broken. He’s clearly a very hard worker and should be much appreciated at this complex. We have never felt unsafe here or not at home. The only down sides I will mention is that we do get a cockroach that pops up from time to time but as long as we keep the kitchen clean and regularly take out our trash we haven’t had any problems with it. Living in apartments it’s to be expected that youll have a few bugs here and again. The only thing I wish the apartment had was more parking to accommodate the residents. If they had more parking here this place would be way more popular I think. But if you want to find a safe apartment with caring staff, for a good price and in a good location and don’t mind having to park a little bit away from ur apartment this place is amazing. Also they do offer that you can rent a spot to reserve it but we never did that and were honestly fine with three cars on our lease.
Neighbors are either constantly drunk/high throughout the week and cannot be any louder in the middle of the night. Bugs are everywhere throughout the apartment and the company that they hire to spray tells us it is pointless due to the age of the buildings and stray cats that run around everywhere. Management constantly turn off the water at least 3 times every month and it is rare if you have hot water due to the age of their boiler maker. The property employees/managers are clearly writing their own reviews and should be called out on it. Maintenance is almost non-existent and complains when they finally make it to your apartment weeks later. And finally the last point I would like to make is the (thieves)!!! We have plants/chairs/bbq pits and things missing from the back of my truck all the time. Cops are always being called due to peoples vehicles getting broke into all the time.

I wouldn’t recommend ANYONE to move here. These are the worst apartments I’ve ever lived in.
So far I have been living here for about 10 months. Anytime something has gone wrong with maintenance they come and fix it in a timely manner. If the problem continues they come out and fix it until it's done properly and the problem does not continue. The only time there is a major bug issue is if my roommates and I don't keep up with our cleaning. The laundry room is decent. There's a dog run which is basic but much appreciated by our fur baby. Our neighbors that we know are very pleasant people. We've not had an issue with parking/theft/management/billing thus far. The unit itself is nice, clean and if you maintain it properly than there's not much to worry about.
