A unique avocado home in Bennett Valley
The Valley View Apartments are delightful I've enjoyed living in my two bedroom one and a half bathroom avocado colored apartment for a year and a half now. Our manager is attentive with her tendents, and a sweetheart. The area is naturous and spectacularly scenic. Families of deer gander throughout everyone's backyard. Raccoons sometimes pop out for an occasional visit. Birds welcome the morning with chirps as the sunrise peaks through the trees. Our sunsets are a vision of colorful shades since the apartments face West. We have shaded movie star parking underneath a carport which is right at the door of our apartment, and convenient for heavy grocery lifting. The poolside resembles the Chateau Marmont with shrubbery alignment. There are brand new sun chairs to lay on during the heat, and BBQ grills, excellent for a get together. The apartments are built along a creekside named Matanzas, which makes temperatures stay chill. My apartment #9 is especially the closest to the creek than the others. When upstairs in the Master bedroom, it feels like you are on the edge of a forest in Santa Rosa! There is a full access view of the creek. During rainfall, the creek and its water creates a sound of soothing peace, and a fresh aroma. There is a sunroof that illuminates the apartment stairway. The walls of the apartment are made of strong Redwood trees that makes a cozy environment to be in. The master bedroom as a big walk in closet. The other room has a big window that faces a giant oak tree and dying sunsets. There are 3 large storage closest to place belongings. We have two laundry rooms where people post interesting news or inspiring quotes. Residents sometimes leave donations that other people might find useful inside the laundry room. Every Tuesday yard cleaners come and tidy up the pasture and carport from nature's debris. Each apartment is in correlation to eachother, but built to reserve privacy. The entire complex is located near two big shopping centers and just minutes away from the HWY 12 freeway. The neighbors are quiet and respectful. Pay your rent and you are guaranteed a delightful stay.

Bennett Valley Living!
Valleyview apartments are the way to go, Shaded parking and shrubbery all lined in a row. Go check out the pool to cool off in this hot weather, But watch out for the deer, they're always all together. Burgundy is our postwoman who is ever so sweet, And don't forget Janice, the landlord you need to meet. The neighbors go to the laundry room to leave presents on the shelf, So come stop by our humble abode and see it for yourself.
