Noises bad areas
It is a bad areas to live there are trash always on ground the maintenance struck there are dogs that isn't allowed Kids fighting cars been damage.

Rental fee is fit for retired people budget . In the near future ( next month or after next month ) I will rent this place to live for the rest of my life.
