Property Ratings at Valley View
I have been living here for a little over 6 years now. First they really do take care of the lawncare here, from the grass, to snow removal, trimming trees and bushes. They have a nice pool, small playground for the kids, laundry on site, as well as laundry hookups inside your apartment. They have a beautiful community room and a nice gym with bathrooms and a shower just outside of it. If you ever have any maintenance problems inside your apartment just put in a request and they will be sure to take care of it. The lady at the front desk is really sweet and so is the property manager. Neighbors are okay if they just mind the business that minds them. Out of all the apartment complexes in Moline I would choose this one again to raise my kids in. Overall it is a very nice and well kept community.

I wish I could say this was a great place to live but I cannot say that. The employees here are terrible at customer service and can not understand when they have done something wrong. I had a unresolved bill that was sent to me in the mail I contacted valley view via email trying to figure out how to resolve this issue. The last email I sent was to set up a payment agreement and then I never got a response from anyone from this company. To my surprise it was sent to collections without any notice. I reached back to to this company and they were no help at all. They have terrible customer service and do not understand when they have done something wrong. I hope they learn from this mistake they can done because I hope no one ever has to go through this mess that they have caused me. I will never recommend this property to anyone and if you live there now I recommended to leave before they do the same thing to you.

I have lived here for seven months now these are very nice apartments to live in the office people are so genuinely kind. If you have a problem and let them know they’re right on it to fix the problem. I am so glad I chose to come live at Valley View Apts
