Property Ratings at Valley Vista
It has super sweet management and they really don’t care, cars are getting broken into and there’s never enough parking so we were told to park on the fire line then are towed, then told to park at Home Depot where cars get broken into and things stolen. The walls are super thin and people are loud at all hours of the night. It has been a horrible experience and we are looking to move as soon as possible.
This is by far the worst place to move, cars being stolen and broken into left and right and management not caring at all. The apartments are over priced and out dated they don’t replace half the things they should before you move in and it is gross when you do because the cleaners suck. It’s a hella shady place to move into. Is I could give it zero stars I would.
This is the worse place I ever lived in. They lie to your face. They lied since the day I moved in. They are so beyond rude. I can’t wait to get out of here.

Dear Reviewer, Thank you for you review. My name is Christine and I am the property manager. I would love the chance to sit down with you and address some of the concerns you are having with the property or with your unit specifically to see how I can improve your stay. I am in the office from 8am to 5pm Monday thru Friday. Please reach out to me when you get a chance.
Outdated appliances, always able to find loopholes to increase your rent even under lease. vehicles get breaking into, long wait to resolve maintenance issues. Management will lie straight in your face. Don't be fooled with their so-call fitness center, sauna, and play area. All these facilities are empty on most days. Fitness center consist of ONE treadmill, sauna? haven't seen that yet, and the play area is a 12x12 rock pile with only ONE jungle gym or whatever it's called.
