I miss living here

Miss it here it was a great spot, diligent managers, quiet building, nice area, I had no issues while I was there and wish I had stayed

Wonderful Housing

My 15-year tenure at 16 Helen St has been a truly enjoyable experience. The community and area are charming and harmonious, with a dedicated staff and friendly residents who collectively create a peaceful living environment. The numerous nearby festivals and shows are a testament to the area's commitment to family-friendly entertainment, further solidifying Valleyview's reputation as a beacon of tranquility.

Cockroaches

There is an ongoing cockroach infestation in the building that apparently has been going on for the last 3 years. Despite having 3 separate treatments since I moved in February 2023, the issue has not been resolved. I continue to find 6-10 cockroaches per day. The rental company and building manager have refused reimbursement for pest supplies and rent subsidy given the problem.
