Property Ratings at Van Rooy Downtown Leasing
I would not recommend renting these properties due to serious maintenance and health concerns. Very troubling and encourage renters to inspect closely prior to signing into leases here.
Try to avoid renting from Van Rooy at all costs. It's been a complete nightmare since signing the lease. Maintenance takes forever to get simple things fixed. Our AC, dishwasher, and dryer didn't work upon move in and took over a week to get fixed. Our door wasn't sealed at all and water leaked in from a slight rain. Wooden deck is completely rotted out and unsafe to walk, but Van Rooy wont replace wood until you fall through the deck. If you have the means, avoid Van Rooy.
