When I first stated not so bad. Staff was in office daily now they never show up. Got a service issue, may as well fix it yourself. Don’t expect billing to be consistently. If you don’t pay with check or e-check you have to pay an extra $35. Mail is always getting stolen. The “game room” has not had pool sticks or pool balls since I moved in. No balls or racquets for ping pong, no pucks or blocks for air hockey. Tv doesn’t work in there. And there is only 1 chair for the poker table. Did I mention mail gets stollen, even from the package room. The “office room” computer is terrible and slow. Printer works maybe 25% of the time. So if need to use it better off going to the library 4 blocks away. And this isnt even the worst part. The furthest washer in back corner of the room stops on wash cycle and won’t proceed through the phases. The dryers are the worst. Only 1 dryer is actually working it’s the one closest to the door. All of the other dryers won’t dry. I think the vents need cleaned and the heating units likely need replaced. The amount of money the complex makes off of residents, would be nice to have a laundry room that is fully functional. The elevators have gotten better they don’t consistently break down like they use to. But some residents allow there pets to urinate in the elevators so occasionally there will be puddle of pet urine. Quite disguising. I would have moved out by now if I could afford it. I do not recommend waiting time here. It’s cheap literally and figuratively for a reason.

The people who own the building put a night club that blasts music at all hours of the night. When touring it will be quiet but at night you will sleep above a ear pounding rave.
