Vantage at Burleson

They keep the apartment complex clean. They Always offer activities for residents. Apartments are in Great location and apartments rates are affordable. One thing I like is they have food trucks every now and then.

The Management team is fantastic, always helpful and quick to address any concerns. Love the location.The community is quite and peaceful. The gym and amenities are great. Awesome maintenance requests and handled quickly and efficiently.

My family and I love it here, it’s peaceful, quiet and everyone’s always friendly. My family also enjoy food truck Friday , we appreciate not having to cook and trying different foods.

We have been here for more than a year and it’s been great !!! Staff from vantage are always kind and help you with everything you need I would recommend to family and friends looking for an apartment!

Overall this has been a very great place to live. Very little to complain about and they have a very friendly staff and maintenance staff as well.

Good place to live, a good atmosphere and above all, everyone's safety is taken care of. The maintenance service is very efficient, they are always attentive to the needs we present.

It is a safe, clean, and peaceful place; moving here was the best decision The service is consistently good, and the place is completely well-maintained.

Typically have great response time when you need maintence after hours so that’s positive. I feel like hopefully the new property management helps the flow of the office, but overall okay!

Have not had issues love it and love the pool and the work out area and the office area that is avaliable most the issues that we have had were handled fairly quickly

So far been a good place to live! Frances is great to deal with and is friendly. Apartments are nice for the money and it is a great location!

This is a great environment and the staff are amazing. Whenever I have any needs or need any questions answered they are always willing to help me out.

It’s clean and quiet and safe here. I love it. I do wish that the kids playing out could pay attention more and the car to drive slow to avoid any accidents. The management are always available when needed. The maintenance crew are always cleaning and helping out.

Moving in was fairly easy. A little bit of miscommunication but everything ended up turning out good. The apartments seems to be fairly quiet

These apartments are great any service request I’ve put in has Been resolved so fast most the times same day or within a few hours and the complex is very clean

Son bonitos los apartamentos,pero hace falta contenedores de basura para depositarla cuando no hay servicio de recogida y también hace más falta de personal en la oficina que hable español ya que los que no dominamos su idioma tambien estamos cumpliendo como cualquier residente para tener un buen trato

Muy agusto con los apartamentos, areas Amplias, alrededores muy silenciosos , me fusta la piscina siempre esta limpia, al igual que el gimnasio , encantado de vivir aqui

Nice place to live. Very quiet and clean. Maintenance is quite quick if something breaks. Plenty of spaces to park. The only downfall is some of the vehicles are pretty long. they stick out and make it difficult to get out of a parking space.

Been awesome living here! Havent had any issues and it has been very peaceful. I plan on renewing my lease soon and look forward to another year here!

Safe place with security gate and unduty police, convenient to shopping, movie and restaurants. Friendly staff. Has a gym, several places to grill with picnic areas. Pet friendly with two pet parks with different obstacle courses and drinking fountains. They even have pet station to wash your pets. You choice of Storage units to store things ,1 car garage, or covered to place your car.

I love it here, definitely could use a playground area for kids, especially small kids that get the wiggles but this place is so nice other than that. Well kept, clean, kind management from what we’ve experienced! The layout is so open it feels bigger than it is, the wall colors work great with various furniture pieces and the washer and dryer are a good size and quality. The pool is a great level for having small children and I really appreciate how quickly service requests are responded to. It’s pricier than our last place but the quality of living is better here. Overall a 10/10.

Extremely smooth process. The office personnel were extremely knowledgeable. They let me know what was needed every step of the way. I world definitely recommend The Vantage for future residents.

Great neighborhood with close by stores and restaurants of all kinds. Noise levels of neighbors could be better. Staff and maintenance very attentive.

The move in process has been easy and managment is personable and friendly! I love all the updated features of the online aspects of the complex. The locker package system is a nice touch and the amenity of a garbage pick up system is a life saver. Honestly we were impressed with how cleverly planned out the complex as a whole was planned.

Love it here. Wish there is a park in the community. Everything is nearby and a lot of restaurants as well. Our property is clean and safe. Definitely recommend.

Honestly, management has lacked in so many ways. The valet trash people are always loud and pick and choose what trash to take. The fact that we basically pay without opting in or out, and yet there’s so many rules behind it is unbelievable. We should be able to opt out and not have to worry about it. I’ve had way too many issues living here

In my personal experience, I'd give this a 5 star rating but my downstairs neighbor and the noise control at the pool stops me. Everything else is great, almost all the people here a friendly and social!

Everything went smoothly, no major issues. Staff is very nice and professional showed me around and answered all my questions. I love that they are available 7 days a week.

It has been an amazing experience so far living here at Vantage of Burleson. Hunter and Mercedes made the move in process very smooth process they are friendly and truly a pleasure to work with. They are pet friendly community witch is a major plus for our family. If your looking for a new place to call home put them at the top of your list.

So far so good . Everyone in the office have been nice and helpful. My mom and son have enjoyed going to the office to get drinks or snacks . My building is nice and quiet like I like it . I have no complaints. I’m happy to be here .

Staff is amazing and fixes any issues quickly love the space and the layout huge closets and amazing bathrooms the area is very nice and quiet

Our experience has been pretty good, we only had one issue which was with our keys but it was fixed quickly. The staff was super nice and the application process and lease signing was easy.

Bad changes in the payment malfunction of the pool and problems with the water in addition I always still have in count I can't open the gate because it is always damaged
