Vantage at Hutto

The staff and maintenance personnel are first rate. Very responsive to requests for repairs. Only had one issue with leak that took some time to find and repair, but no issues after that was resolved. Would happily recommend theses apartments and actually did!

Everyone at the office is professional and nice. They care about the residents. Any issue you may have, they are quick to help you and resolve quick!

neighbors are disrespectful and are often loud in the parking lot during very early hours like 3-5am. we are supposed to have a complimentary officer from 6am-6pm…but it took 15-20 mins for my noise complaint to be dealt with at 5am and the whole time the people were blasting music in the parking lot drinking/drunk as well as, our downstairs neighbor leaves their laundry room door open that also wakes us up…it bangs against the balcony railing all night if there is even the slightest breeze most disrespectful apt. neighbors i’ve lived near.

My wife and I just moved to Vantage at Hutto, and I have to say it is great! They have amazing service, always answer any questions for us, when we went to go do a tour to check out the Vantage, we felt welcomed and it felt like home, I definitely recommend checking Vantage at Hutto out.

Place is amazing nice and staff is the best. Wish the parking was better but that’s the only complaint! Staff being so helpful and nice it makes up for it.

It has been really good being at Vantage at Hutto so far, I have had no issues with my neighbors so far. I have noticed a parking issue, but that is the reason we opt in to reserved parking. I had issues with people not respecting the reserved parking but it just took the inconvenience of calling the towing company to take care of that.

Very quiet place to live at everybody is nice and helpfull around the area also vlose to work and sorrounding attractions have alot of friends that live in complex

The apartments all around are awesome! I love every bit of it. Can’t wait to make it my “home” ?? thank you for every single ounce of help to get in to one. Forever grateful.

Great facility to live in comparison to another apt lived in around Texas Metroplex. Office staff are very courteous and helpful. Amenities and extra community engagement activities are the best!

I’m very pleased living here at Vantage of Hutto. The office staff are very friendly, helpful and understanding. The maintenance crew are also very friendly and are there for you in any apartment problem you might have. So my living here is my home filled with friends and I get to take my dog to the dog park which is fun for her!

I love it here! The office staff and maintenance crew are super friendly and address any concerns that I may have! Maintenance request are addressed in a timely manner.

I LOVE IT HERE !! literally there is always something to do here. It is very family oriented and we love our neighbors. we love the different food trucks that come here or even just the different events for us residents.

Great apartment to live in Great customer service especially the assistant manager she help me alot on every detail from my application this apartment are way beyond great pool and nice gym that they have very quite and some nice neighbors

The application process was super simple and Jessica was super sweet and very helpful. We are still moving things in but we love the area and are looking forward to exploring the area.

Been here for a month so far and everything has been good, service request were answered promptly and the vicinity and very nice. The management was very helpful shortly after move in my vehicle broke down and were very understanding and caring.

Very good work and professionalism on the part of Alexandra who assisted me at the office. And the truth is I am delighted with this apartment property.

The complex is very secured, the residents re like family. Mantience is on point and the facilities are a plus. Valet living are always prompt. Not to mention the beautiful pool

I've enjoyed living here. It's mostly quiet and I've begun meeting some of the neighbors who have all been friendly. I enjoy the valet trash service. The grills are nice to use too. I would like use the pool more, there seem to be frequent closures that have prevented me from being able to go for a swim in this summer heat.

Nice place, but move in day they place was still dirty with construction dust and debris left around the apartment. Concrete splatter was hardened on the threshold to the balcony and appliance packing materials were left behind in the cabinets. All the cabinets needed cleaning and floors needed to be washed, little disappointing considering there was a week lag from signing to move in. Staff was very friendly and when the issues were brought to their attention they were sorry but no action was taken to rectify the problems .

It has been amazing and I love it here very clean apartment complex no noise at all very.good floor plans and my favorite thing about Vantage is they offer different ways for you to pay rent

the rooms are the perfect size and there is plenty of storage in both the kitchen and bathroom. love the fact it has a nice pool as well as the valet trash service

Love the apartment and the community as a whole. I do have one neighbor that loves to blast their music in the afternoon, but it's off by the evening time.

Quiet and has everything I need. Love the EV charging station. Staff is friendly and helpful when you talk to them. The amenities are good when you use them. Gives you options.

We were pleasantly surprised at how easy the leasing professionals made the move-in process! They were very communicative and were happy to answer any questions we had (and we had a LOT??). The units are spacious, open, and cozy! With rising rent prices in recent years, they’ve always got a move in special going on, and the apartments and amenities are absolutely worth the price. We will be recommending this place to our friends!

I feel like I’m at home at Vantage at Hutto. The staff goes above and beyond their duties for the apartment complex and are so friendly they make you feel special and like you’re family to them. They do extra incentives to make it feel like a family community environment. Thank you for everything!

Excelente lugar, departamentos bien diseñados, funcionales y cómodos, la limpieza es extrema y el trabajo de la dirección es excepcional. Sin dudas, es el lugar que necesitas para vivir.
