Zero stars if I could. Thin walls - you can be woken up to your neighbor yelling or your upstairs neighbor heavily stomping around. Maybe a few roaches on your counter tops, pest goes to each building every Thursday I wonder why now. Mold on patio doors and window. No matter the cleaning, spraying, disinfecting in the apartment it’s just not worth it. Don’t be fooled by the cheap rent, that is why. Parking is horrible, you’ll end up buying a Space. The location itself is terrible b/c of construction and the road on woodmeadow is so awful my springs on my car are at its ends now. Work order after work order. Staff does respond fairly quick, maintenance workers are nice, it’s just the apartments either needs to be torn down or idk what, major upkeeping. Oh and cracks on your walls and ceiling, leaks from your neighbor that cause you issues now.

I was in love moving into my apartments from a different state.. but after a few weeks of living in the apartment I noticed bites. I informed the leasing office and they inform me after looking in my unit there was bed bugs and they told me I should have looked for the bugs prior to moving in.. how would I know what bed bugs look like if I’ve never encountered them was my question.. Then on top of that in The lease, it’s a document you must sign giving you “tips to prevent bed bugs and what steps to take to rid them from your apartment.” A clear sign bed bugs are already present in the apartments. A woman at the leasing office explains to me I had a month to let them know If I found any problems, which at the time I didn’t.. so she goes bed bugs do cling to clothes so you or whoever comes in your unit could have brought them. Not only at this point I’m just disgusted by how poorly this leasing agent is treating me but she says my apartment has to be treated and it’ll be $400 which would be added to my rent.. why am I paying for treatments I didn’t cause!! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT RENT HERE. Horrible apartments to call home, poor communication from all staff.. including PEST CONTROL. I would give it 0 stars if I could’ve.

The people at the office are very kind hearted, especially Jonathan, we came in from a different state and he did everything possible to make us feel at home, including waiting and working extra time, after office closing time just to get me and my family settled in. Such an amazing kind person. So far I love my apartment, everything is new and in excellent condition!
when you first get here, it takes forever to get someone who works there to actually help you. Then when and if you actually move in your car will more than likely get towed because there is no parking.... ANYWHERE. You have to get to the apartments by 6 just to get a spot. It takes days to get the maintenance crew to fix anything! First appartment I have ever lived in and it was the worst experience ever.
I really regret signing a 12 mo. lease. They re did the parking which caused no adequate parking for people coming home late from work because they have so many people living here. They will tow your car at your expense if u park by the gates or fire lanes which sucks becuase there arent any parking spots at 10pm except reserved ones for 20 bucks a month. There is no online rent bill pay. They apply your water to rent 4 days after the 1st and then put a notice on your door saying u have 3 days to pay it or we will evict you. There are sooo many roaches. Yeah they upgraded some windows and some of the insides of units but not all of them and the prices have increased by 100 bucks to renew the lease for my 2/2 apt which clearly isnt worth it.
I love the apartments. The only problem is the parking.
They are ok apartments, but they keep changing the parking rules every week, the water company and prices of water, sewerage, trash and pest control each month. Which makes it extremely hard to try and maintain your household budget and expenses. The exterior view of the apartments walk ways need work. There's tons of spider webs on the stairs and railings. Trees blocking some of the apartment windows. They need to be cut down. The complex needs repainting. In my apartment I can't control the a.c. and the heat because its like if they fix the a.c. then the heat doesn't work and vice versa. Parking is extremely limited if you don't pay $25 for a reserved parking space every month. Vantage point just isn't what I expected. The price of the utility that they provide always goes up. The spiders are terrible and my wife is terrified of spiders. You place a maintenance request it takes them forever to tend to your request. The apartments are too close to each other. You can hear everything and anything that the people next door, downstairs, upstairs and in the back of your apartment is doing. They need help and work.
Moved here about 3 months ago and our first 2 months were irritating. Parking sucks, boyfriends car got towed twice within a week because there's no parking after like 9 or 10. My neighbors are quiet but others not so much. Residents make messes but the maintanence tries to clean. Random construction, workers entering your apartment whether you're home or not. Inconsistent management. One lady is helpful the other is useless. For the price, it's okay. I'd say it's a decent first apartment cause the unit is actually nice.
